Objective: To analyze the change of periprosthetic bone mineral density after cementless total hip arthroplasty by dual-energy X-ray absorptiometry.

Two patients had total hip arthroplasty after revision, and 3 patients required further revision.

修复操作包括34名（95％）因为股骨髋臼损伤，32名（87％）因为唇缘中点损害，26名（70％）因为软骨缺陷，23名（62％）为了粘连松解术，和13名（35％）为了先前位置不稳定。2名病人在修复后接受了全髋关节成形术，3名病人要求更进一步修复。

Thirty-six patients had radiographic evidence of femoroacetabular impingement at the time of revision. 翻修术时发现有36例患者在股骨头髋臼接触面存在侵犯，关节唇损害32(87%)例，关节软骨缺损26 (70%)例，需要粘连松解术的23 (62%)例，以前关节存在不稳定因素的有13 (35%)例。

Methods On the basis of the three-dimensional computed tomography, 75 cases of complex acetabular fractures were diagnosed and classified according to Letournel classification.
