摘要 全人工髋关节股骨柄上，股骨颈与股骨柄之模组化设计有利於手术过程中提供医师在完成股骨柄元件植入后，还能对於股骨颈与髋臼元件之间对位的调整，只要搭配选取不同的股骨颈元件弯曲角度或长度便可有效地重建髋关节的力学环境。

Methods 16 cases of congenital dislocation of hip(20 hips)and 5 cases of aratomy specimens(10 hips) were measured femoral anteversion by self-made femoral anteversion gonimeter.30 hips were measured femoral anteversion by CT to exame the accuration of operative measurment.

Methods 63 cases of coxa arthropathy associated with AS were divided into two groups,experimental group and control group.Both groups received a basal treatment of taking sulfasalazine and nabumetone.In EG intra-articular injection of sodium hyaluronate and was carried out once a week in 33 patients with coxa arthropathy associated with AS.Each case received 5 injections in all,only in first injection combined with compound betamethasone.

63例强直性脊柱炎伴髋关节病变患者随机分为两组，均在给予柳氮磺吡啶1.0g，每日2次及萘丁美酮1.0g，每日1次的基础治疗上，试验组患者进行玻璃酸钠和复方倍他米松髋关节腔内注射，每周1次，第1周同时注射两种药物，后第2～5周，仅注射玻璃酸钠，而对照组仅于疗程第1天给予复方倍他米松肌肉注射1次，连续5周为1个疗程。

Methods: We retrospectiely analyzed twenty-four hips in twenty patients who underwent a Bernese periacetabular osteotomy, which was done with a proximal femoral algus-producing osteotomy in thirteen hips, for the treatment of acetabular dysplasia associated with proximal femoral structural abnormalities.

The rate of excellent and good functional recovery of hip was 94.0%. 术后髋关节功能恢复良好率达94.0%。215例患者中31例出现内固定相关术后并发症，其中髋内翻14例，主要发生于股骨转子内后方存在明显骨折碎裂的患者；骨折延迟愈合12例，为骨折累及股骨距及小转子，术中做软组织广泛剥离、骨折复位固定的患者；内固定物股骨头颈内切割并螺钉穿入髋关节腔5例，其中3例再行人工关节置换，关节功能Harris评分为82分。

Methods 58 patients (75 hips) with acetabulum deficiency had THR performed. In the operations, an ural bone graft, a morselized bone graft or their combination were used based on the definition. After the operations, 46 patients (59 hips) were followed up and evaluated by Xrays and the Harris score.
