Revision procedures included 34 (95%) for femoroacetabular impingement, 32 (87%) for labral lesions, 26 (70%) for a chondral defect, 23 (62%) for lysis of adhesions, and 13 (35%) for previously unaddressed instability. Two patients had total hip arthroplasty after revision, and 3 patients required further revision.

修复操作包括34名（95％）因为股骨髋臼损伤，32名（87％）因为唇缘中点损害，26名（70％）因为软骨缺陷，23名（62％）为了粘连松解术，和13名（35％）为了先前位置不稳定。2名病人在修复后接受了全髋关节成形术，3名病人要求更进一步修复。

Thirty-six patients had radiographic evidence of femoroacetabular impingement at the time of revision. 翻修术时发现有36例患者在股骨头髋臼接触面存在侵犯，关节唇损害32(87%)例，关节软骨缺损26 (70%)例，需要粘连松解术的23 (62%)例，以前关节存在不稳定因素的有13 (35%)例。

Results from the present study show that compared with collum femoris preserving and stemless hip prosthesis, resurfacing arthroplasty may be the more effective treatment for avascular necrosis of femoral head with less complications and lower rate of revision.

提示与保留股骨颈全髋置换及无柄关节置换相比，表面置换对于恢复患者髋关节功能有着明显的优势，并发症少，翻修率低，对于年轻患者是一个较好的选择。
