Results All cases were followed up for 8~28 months. Among 76 cases treated with DHS, 2 got delayed union, 2 got displaced union and 4 got coax vara; among 64 cases with Gamma nail, 2 got displaced union; among 78 cases with PFN, no delayed union was found.

结果DHS组76例中有2例延迟愈合，2例移位愈合，2例髋内翻，3例伤口感染；Gamma钉组64例中有1例延迟愈合，2例移位愈合；PFN内固定组78例中无1例延迟愈合。

Results 72 patients were followed up for 3 months ~ 6 years, 2 cases of light coax vara, 3 cases of screw loosening, onry 1 case of delaying wnion. Othes were healed and the fnnction of the hip joint recorered satifiiy.

结果 72例患者中随访3个月-6年，2例发生轻度髋内翻，3例出现松质骨螺钉松动，1例骨折延迟愈合，愈病例骨折全部愈合，髋关节功能恢复满意。

Results All patients were followed up for 6 to 18 months after the operation, with an average of 9.2 months. According to Harris' evaluation standard, the excellent and good rate of postoperative hip joint function was 90.8%. In these following up cases, coxa vara was found in 3 cases, delayed union was in 2 cases. No death,no postoperative infection,no deep venous thrombosis,and no fracture nonunion or internal fixation breakage exist.

to explore and summarize the application efficacy of dhs fixation in elderly intertrochanteric femoral bone.methods in shangqiu fifth people's hospital from january 2000 to june 2007 the application of dhs treatment to intertrochanteric fracture has 58 cases, among which male 19 cases, female 39 cases, age 60~98 year old, average age 71 year old, all carry out dhs for fracture fixation.results after six months to 3 years of follow-up, 58 cases of this group has 47 cases with normal walking, without coxa vara, postoperative excellent rate is 81.03%.conclusion grasp the operative indication, intraoperative master key, dhs is the better choices to the treatment of intertrochanteric fracture.

目的 探讨和总结dhs内固定在老年人股骨转子间骨折中的应用疗效。方法商丘市第五人民医院自2000年1月至2007年6月应用dhs治疗股骨转子间骨折58例，其中男性19例，女性39例，年龄60～98岁，平均年龄71岁，均行dhs对骨折固定。结果经半年至3年随访，本组58例患者有47例能正常行走，无髋内翻，术后优良率81.03%。结论把握手术适应证，术中掌握操作要领，dhs是治疗股骨转子间骨折的较好选择。
