Objective: To study the diagnostic value of CT on enlarged iliopsoas bursa.

The principal muscles involved in hip flexion are the psoas and the iliacus, collectively known as the iliopsoas.

主要涉及肌肉，在髋关节屈曲的腰肌和髂，统称为髂。

With 3D-doctor software, kidney, adrenal, ureter, abdominal aorta, inferior vena cava, the nephritic artery and vein, the lymph nodes beside abdominal aorta, thoracic duct, the intrailiac artery and vein, pelvis, spermaduct, prostate, the prostatic plexus, bladder, male urethra and internal obturator muscle were segmented and three-dimensional reconstructed in P4 computer. 3. With photoshop7.0 software, the major organs of the male urological and reproductive system such as ureter, bladder, urethra, prostate were segmented and the grey- color mode images through segmentation were imported to AMIRA software.

应用连续图像分割软件3D-DOCTOR，分别对肾脏、肾上腺、输尿管、腹主动脉、下腔静脉、肾动静脉、腹腔淋巴结、胸导管、主动脉旁淋巴结、髂内外动静脉、骨盆、股骨、输精管、附睾、前列腺、前列腺周围静脉丛、膀胱、男性尿道、直肠、闭孔内肌、肛提肌、尾骨肌等结构进行结构数据的分割与提取，并在PentiumⅣ计算机上完成已分割结构的三维重建。

METHODS: Employing Health-Carter method, the 218 college students were measured on the indexes of biepicondylar breadth of the humerus, biepicondylar breadth of the femur, tricps skinfold, subscapular skinfold, suprailiac skinfold, medial calf skinfold, body length, body weight, upper arm girth flexed and tensed and calf girth. Every index was measured 3 times and average values were adopted, and compared to that of other regions.

Methods Twenty-eight patients with neurogenic fecalinco ntinence (4 to 12 years of age), underwent suspension of pelvic floor by bilateral transposition of iliopsoas muscle. Pelvic floor training was started 3 week spost-operatively. The continence was assessed on clinical symptoms, Barium en ema and anal manometry.

本组28例，年龄4～12岁，手术方式为双侧髂腰肌转移盆底肌加强或替代术，术后第3周起行康复训练，采用临床主观评定、钡灌肠以及直肠肛管测压相结合的方式对其肛门功能进行评价。

The accessory measures included: 1 To break iliopsoas and adductor, to tractate femur condyle; 2 femoral shortening and derotational osteotomy; 3人-shaped plaster fixation of single coxa ; 4 early movement of the hip joint after operation and was allowed ambulatory late; 5 the hip joint was mobilized passively. Results The complete reduction rate of the hip joint was 100%.

辅助手段包括：(1)髂腰肌及内收肌切断，股骨髁上骨牵引；(2)股骨粗隆下旋转加短缩截骨；(3)单髋人字石膏制动；(4)髋关节早活动，晚负重；(5)术后被动活动髋关节加主动功能锻炼。

The accessory methods include:1cutting of iliopsoas and adductor muscles and traction of the femur.2 femoral shortening and derotational osteotomy.3 plaster fixation of hip.4 early movement of the hip joint after operation and late ambulation.5 rehabilitation of the hip joint passively and actively.
