The median patient age was 41 years, 1 female and 3 male. The patients received BMSCs infusion at a dose of (1.0-2.0)×107 cells every time by intrabone marrow injection from the anterosuperior iliac spine and BMSCs from the same donor for the same patient were infused more than once.

结果 ：AMC钡肠X线征象：阑尾不显影；盲肠与回肠末端间距增宽达 2cm～ 3cm ，并形成 4 0～ 5 5度夹角；盲肠内侧壁或/和回肠外侧壁半弧形压迹，形态固定；AMC的CT征象；右髂窝区&多个&囊性病灶，呈圆形和索条状；囊壁光滑；病灶周围结构清晰。

研究目的强直性脊柱炎是一种原因未明、以中轴关节慢性炎症为主的全身性疾病，病变主要在骶髂关节，亦可不同程度地累及眼、心、肾等多个脏器。

Results 3 cases of lesions were in the gap of"V"shape between iliac muscle and musculus psoas major on the coronal sections in the lower right abdomen closely adjacent to the cecum,which were narrowed. The lesions showed long even T1 and T2 signals similar to mucous wall particularly in T2WI image. The walls of cyst were thin and even. The cysts were round or oval in shape on transections.The cyst were cucurbits in shape in 2 cases and long cannular in a case on coronal sections and arrowy sections and borderlines of the cysts were clear. The terminal of the cysts showed taper in 2 cases. In addition, cecum polypus was found at the placket of the appendix in a case which was not shown on MRI image.

结果 3例病变均位于右下腹，冠状面位于髂肌和腰大肌形成的&V&形间隙内，与盲肠关系密切，盲肠呈外压改变；呈均匀长T1、长 T2信号；壁薄且均匀，信号与肠管壁相似，于T2WI显示较明显；于横断面分别呈圆形、类圆形及椭圆形，冠状面及矢状面2例显示呈&葫芦&状、1例呈长管状，3例末端均呈&桃尖&样变；边界均清楚。1例于阑尾开口部发生盲肠息肉，MRI未能显示。

We report a case of a patient who underwent two-level lumbar total disc replacement at L4-L5 and L5-S1 with the ProDisc II prosthesis, who was diagnosed with early anterior migration of the caudally placed device with partial occlusion of the left common iliac vein.

我们报告一例L4-L5、L5-S1两节段ProDisc II型假体全腰间盘置换患者，尾端放置的假体发生早期前移，并导致左髂总静脉部分梗阻。

Methods The Wistar rats were used as the experimental animal. On the back of each rat, a skin flap, measuring 1.5 cm×6 cm, caudally based, was elevated. Wound edges and the flap bed were separated from the flap itself by a silicone sheet. The VitC, bFGF, Magnesium sulfate and Papaverine were taken in the areas between flap and sheet. With 8 rats in each group, the drug-taken group was as trial group, while the physiological saline group was as control group. On the seventh day after the flap elevation, flap survival length was measured.

Methods: A 5ml bone marrow was extracted from the lilac of human volunteers. By Percoll fluid and density gradient centrifugation, the MSC was obtained; after the cells filled the bottom of vessel, subcultured them, when they subculture in third generation, redigested them, 500 R/min centrifugate, alter the completed medium to chemical definition medium, examined the form change and prolifration of cells by invert microscope, toluidine blue stain、immunocytochemical stain and RT-PCR to test the type Ⅱ collagen mRNA and proteoglycan.

取健康成人髂后上棘处骨髓5ml，经percoll液分离后密度梯度离心，〓／ml密度接种培养，观察原代细胞的贴壁、增殖状况，细胞长满瓶底后进行传代培养；传至第三代细胞，重新消化后以500转／分钟轻度离心5分钟，〓／ml接种，改用化学限定培养基代替完全培养基培养，倒置显微镜观察细胞生长情况及形态变化，甲苯胺蓝染色观察诱导细胞合成细胞外基质中的蛋白多糖，免疫细胞化学染色检测ECM中Ⅱ胶原的蛋白合成，RT-PCR鉴定诱导细胞Ⅱ胶原mRNA的表达。

In addition to, we also found that the treatment of fluvastatin significantly decreased the level of serum CHOL, TG, LDL, and VLDL, only 45.8%, 58%, 64%, and 56% to the untreated group respectively; Whereas, the level of serum HDL and HDL/CHOL were increased by 16.7 % and 153.6% to the untreated group respectively.

METHODS: 10 mL bone marrow was extracted from dog posterior superior iliac spine, heparin anticoagulation, diluted using Hanks juice, treated with 1.077 g/mL Ficoll solution 3 mL, and centrifuged at 2 000 r/min for 20 minutes.
