Objective: The aim of this study was to summarize the treatments for condylar fracture, and to provide future clinical work for information.

目的：总结髁突骨折治疗方法选择的原则和适应征，为髁突骨折的治疗提供参考依据。

Condylar cartilage is a basic development center of mandible, and is very sensitive to the mechanical stress.

髁突软骨是下颌骨重要的生长发育中心，同时也是颞下颌关节髁突的应力敏感区。

Results After lengthing, obviously histological variety was observed on the sections of condyloid process and intercondylar disc,but it could be repaired under 1mm/d distraction rate.

结果：牵张后大体观察可见关节盘无显著形态异常，髁状突有不同程度适应性改建；组织学主要表现为关节盘不同程度中带变薄，纤维走行改变，血管侵入，后带变厚；髁状突表现为纤维软骨组织形态学的改变和软骨、骨的改建活动，2mm/日组可见破坏现象发生。

Hemarthrosis and laceration of the disc and the attachment were also observed. 7 days later, the hemarthrosis was seldomly seen. Effusion was seen in some joints at 2 weeks. At 1 month posttrauma, the severely damaged structure of the two joints in one animal was found. We could find the loss of the disc and the cartilage of the condyle. Effusion also existed.

伤后1月，可见有一侧关节盘完全破坏，髁突软骨层消失，关节腔内渗出；对侧关节结构紊乱，关节盘及髁突明显变形、不规则等变化。3月后，多数关节结构基本正常，但关节内的破坏性改变仍然存在，关节内可见较明显的裂隙或囊状改变，软骨组织变薄，关节盘松解，关节腔扩张等变化。

Extemal fixator is safe and effective in the treatment of open and comminuted supracondylar and intercondylar fractures of femur.

用外固定架治疗股骨髁上、髁间开放性粉碎性骨折是安全的、有效的。

All rats were sacrificed at 12 weeks after operation. the macro-pathological changes of samples were graded by mankin's scale.bone mineral density of right distal femoras and femora condyles were measured by dual-energy x-ray absorptiometry scanner.

术后12周处死动物取材，采用mankin评分系统评分；用双能骨密度仪测量右侧股骨远端1/4骨密度和股骨内外侧髁软骨下骨的骨密度；右侧股骨髁脱钙后切片，行番红&o&染色和mmp-13免疫组化染色；右侧胫骨近端做硬组织切片，测量软骨下松质骨的骨组织形态计量学参数。

RESULTS: FGFR1-positive chondrocytes were abundant in the maturative layer and hypertrophic layer, but only few FGFR1-positive chondrocytes were found in the proliferative layer. In the control group, the expression of FGFR1 increased from 6-week-old to 10-week-old rats, and then decreased and went stable. In both young and adult group, the expression of FGFR1 in the experimental group was significantly lower at 4, 6 weeks and higher at 8 weeks than that in the control group, especially in the young group (P.05). But no difference was found between the experimental group and the control group at 2 weeks in both groups. CONCLUSION: FGFR1 may play an important role in the remodling of condylar cartilage induced by occlusal disorders.

结果：FGFR1主要表达在大鼠髁突软骨过渡层和肥大层，增殖层很少；正常组大鼠髁突软骨从6周龄到10周龄FGFR1表达逐渐增强，10周龄后降低，并保持在一个稳定水平；成年组和幼年组实验4、6周时FGFR1的表达均显著低于对照组，实验8周时的表达高于对照组(P.05)，幼年组尤为明显，实验2周组与对照组无显著差异。

After this groundwork, the condyle movement of 29 close deep bite malocclusion were recorded by CADIAX and recorded again after the close bite was eliminated and the upper incisor procline.
