The result shows that the fractures in body and angle part of mandibal could be shown excellently by all these imaging methods. 3D- CT is the best method in showing the mandibular fractures. Ordinary X- ray film is poor, and the accuracy of CT and 3D-CT is similar in showing the macxillary fractures.
