If the condylar fracture is treated inappropriate, it may cause some complications, eg: limitation of mouth opening, pain in TMJs, occlusion disorder, arthrocleisis and so on. The fractural condylar can't rebuild well without treatment. For any kind of condylar fracture, treatment should strive for anatomic replacement and avoid removing the fractural residual.

研究结论：髁状突骨折如治疗不当，容易出现一些后遗症或并发症，如张口受限、关节区疼痛、咬合错乱以及关节强直等；成人髁状突骨折如不作处理，并不能自行改建形成新的功能完好的关节；所有类型的髁状突骨折，治疗时都应争取达到解剖复位，不应轻易摘除骨折残端。

RESULTS:①There was higher tensile stress at the ingual side of symphysis, inside of molar and outside of condyle under the impact of chin.②There was higher tensile stress at the lingual side of symphysis, inside of contralateral molar, outside of contralateral angle, outside of homolateral angle and inside of homolateral body under the impact of body.③There was higher tensile stress at the inside of angle, inside of homolateral condyle, lingual side of symphysis, outside of contralateral condyle and inside of homolateral molar under the impact of angle.

结果：①撞击颏部，其舌侧区，磨牙后区内侧面、髁状突颈外表面以及下颌角外表面具有较高的张应力；②撞击下颌体部，颏部舌侧区，对侧磨牙后区内侧面、对侧下颌角外表面、撞击侧下颌角外侧面、撞击侧体部内侧面具有较高的张应力；③撞击下颌角，其内侧面、撞击侧髁状突颈内侧面、颏部舌侧面、对侧髁状突颈外表面以及撞击侧磨牙后区内侧面具有较高的张应力。

For supracondylar fracture of humerus with obvious displacement,it is easy to make reduction,but the fixation and the maintenance of reduction is not easy; manual reduction with plaster or splint immobilization,though as the first-chosen method,has such shortcomings as infirm or loosening fixation of plaster or splint which may cause injury to blood vessels or nerves; open reduction may lead to further trauma to soft tissues and tissue adhesion,and to joint stiffness; the closed reduction with cross Kirschners wires under C-arm X-ray can avoid the above mentioned shortcomings and it is easy in operation.
