It is concluded that bone marrow inhibition of hal group is more severe than that of nhal group. in aml,monocytic leukemia is easier to become into hal than other leukemias. in all,t-lineage antigens of hal group are more easily expressed than those of nhal group; the leukemia cells of hal group are naiver than those of nhal group,meanwhile the prognosis of hal is poor.

hal比nhal骨髓受抑程度更重，aml中单核细胞性白血病发生高白细胞性白血病的可能性高，all中hal比nhal更易于表达t系抗原，hal的白血病细胞较nhal处于更早分化阶段，同时hal预后不佳。

Methods Sixty-six patients with hematological diseases （40 cases of acute leukemia, 24 chronic myeloid leukemia, and one each severe aplastie anemia and β-thalassemia） rceived bone marrow （ BMT, n = 48） or peripheral blood stem cell transplantation （ PBSCT, n = 18 ） from HLA-compatible unrelated donors after BUCY or TBI conditioning. Forty patients received longer and intensive GVHD prophylaxis （ cyclos- porin A from day - 10 combined with mycophenolate mofetil）.

方法慢性粒细胞白血病患者24例，急性白血病患者40例，其他血液病患者2例，经预处理治疗后，进行人类白细胞抗原基本相合的非血缘关系骨髓移植48例，外周血干细胞移植18例：部分患者采用长程加强的移植物抗宿主病的预防方案（将环孢菌素A提前至预处理开始时使用，同时加用霉酚酸酯）。

本文报告的结果表明7β-羟基胆固醇双琥珀酸单酯钠(RS 024)在有效抗肿瘤剂量下(45mg/kg/day，×7ip)对荷瘤小鼠骨髓细胞DNA、RNA和蛋白质合成有促进作用，对肝、脾的DNA、RNA合成无显著影响，但能促进肝，脾中及血清蛋白质合成。按400mg/kg/day连续给药30天，对大鼠红细胞、白细胞数及淋巴细胞百分率无明显影响。提示该药在有效抗癌剂量下毒性较小，并在一定程度上对免疫功能有增强作用。

Results The response rate was 52.4% in patients with NP, 41.7% in those with VP, The main toxicity was myelosuppression including apparent decrease of white blood cells and platelets. The other toxicity included abdorminal distension constipations peripheral neuropathy (myalgia、peripheral neuritis) which were more severe in group of VP than those in NP group.
