Results All patients were followed up in a short time without osteomyelitis or other syndrome except one The functions of knee joint and anklebone recover very well .

结果平均随访11个月，骨折固定稳定可靠，除1例骨折不愈合经植骨Ⅱ期愈合外全部愈合，愈合时间短，无骨髓炎、断钉等并发症，膝踝关节功能恢复良好。

The biggest area was 18cm×13cm,and the smallest was 4.5cm×10cm.there were 6 cases osteomyelitis with bone exposure,4 cases muscle tendonexposure.donor-area direct suture or plant skin.resultsall flaps survived,several cases flap were fat and clumsy and need make them thin in second intention.conclusionthe clinical result of repairing soft tissue defects in lower part of shank, the foot, with antidromic island flap providing blood supply by suralis nerver is reliable.the operation is sinple, without sacrifice of major arteries, low infection to foot, convenient for application.

其中骨髓炎骨外露6例，肌腱外露4例。供区直接缝合或植中厚皮片。结果：术后皮瓣完全成活，个别病例术后较臃肿，待二期将皮瓣修薄。结论：应用腓肠神经营养血管逆行岛状皮瓣修复小腿中下段及足部创面的临床效果可靠，手术操作简便，不牺牲小腿主要血管神经，对足部影响较小，便于推广开展。

Objective To study treating method of the calcaneus osteomylitis and skin defect of the posterior heel.

目的 探讨跟骨骨髓炎及足跟皮肤大块缺损的治疗方法。

Methods: the Ilizarov technique was used in 12 patients(14 legs)with short leg, 2 with congenital tibia pseudoarthrosis, 1 with bone defect following osteomyelitis and 9 with congenital clubfoot.

应用Ilizarov技术治疗下肢短缩12例（14个肢体），先天性胫骨假关节2例，骨髓炎骨缺损1例，矫治先天性马蹄内翻足9例。

The underlying cause of bone defects was fracture collapse and reduction in 63 cases, osteomyelitis in 20 cases, bone cyst in 6 cases, fibrous dysplasia in 4 cases and enchondroma in 1 case.

对象：骨缺损患者94例，其中骨折塌陷复位后骨缺损63例，骨髓炎20例，骨囊肿6例，骨纤维异常增殖症4例，内生软骨瘤1例。

Methods We treated 4 cases with chronic femoral neck osteomyelitis by vascularized fibular grafting.

方法本组4例股骨颈慢性骨髓炎采用吻合血管的游离腓骨移植治疗。

Measured and X Rays to research bone diseases.Results: Dental caries of 43 skelefons were accourted for 31.42%. Occipital osteoma.Aflanto epistroph articular location,chronic maxilla osteomylitis,right patella femoral condyle heal and left tibial osteomyelitis were founded each one case,vertebral labial hyperplasia 16 cases accounted for 43.24%.

结果 ：在 43具骨架中发现龋齿占3 1 42 %；枕骨骨瘤、寰枕关节脱位、慢性上颌骨骨髓炎、右侧髌骨与股骨髁畸形愈合及左胫骨骨髓炎各 1例；发现增生性脊柱炎 16例占 43 2 4%。

To dec.2002 were analysed by means of wounding tract and fracture.results during 24 cases of gunshot wound, wounds of 20 cases healed without event after primary debridment and sewing wounds,3 cases healed and l case infected in 4 cases of primary debridment without suture,and 4 cases of primary internal fixed fracture had no osteomyelitis.the injury of soft tissue and contamination of wound track were serious in explosion wound than in gunshot wound,10 cases healed without event and 4 cased infected in l4 cases of primary closed explosion wounds,and 2 cases of primary inernal fixed fracture had no osteomyelitis.conclusion it is suggested that the management of firearm wound in cold and dry region may be delayed moderately in time of debridement.the firearm wound may be treated by internal fixation of fracture and primary closing of tract after early debridment when the soft tissue injury was light in peacetime, which decreased the infection,disability and promoted rehabilitation of patients.

结果 24例枪伤中，20例一期缝合伤口，均一期愈合，另外4例只清创未一期缝合的伤口，3例愈合，1例感染；4例骨折内固定均愈合良好，无骨髓炎发生。16例炸伤病人局部软组织损伤及污染比枪弹伤重，14例一期缝合伤口中，10例一期愈合，4例感染，骨折内固定2例，均愈合良好，无骨髓炎发生。结论寒冷干燥地区火器伤早期伤道清创时限可适当延长，在平时火器伤的救治中，对软组织条件较好的创面，早期清创后可一期闭合伤口和骨折内固定，这样可减少感染和伤残，促进康复。寒冷干燥地区；火器伤；早期救治

The sensitiity of leukocyte scintigraphy in detecting chronic osteomyelitis in the peripheral skeleton was 84%(95% confidence interal, 72% to 91%) compared with 21%(95% confidence interal, 11% to 38%) for its detection of chronic osteomyelitis in the axial skeleton. The specificity of leukocyte scintigraphy in the axial skeleton was 60%(95% confidence interal, 39% to 78%) compared with 80%(95% confidence interal, 61% to 91%) for the peripheral skeleton.
