Method］reversed sural neurofasciocutaneous flap with muscle was applied for repairing the soft tissue defect simultaneous open fracture of tibia lower section 6 cases,the soft tissue defect simultaneous chronic osteomyelitis of tibia lower section 5 case,the soft tissue defect of sole of foot simultaneous calcaneus epicarp 3 case, the soft tissue defect of sole of foot simultaneous calcaneus osteomyelitis or dead space 2 case. the scope of the flap was 18 c m×13 cm～11 c m×7 c m and that of the gastrocnemius flap was 4 cm×3 cm～9 c m×6 cm,the thickness was 1～3 cm,the skin flap was bigger than the muscle flap.

方法］自2004年6月以来，应用带肌肉的腓动脉穿支蒂腓肠神经营养血管皮瓣修复小腿下段及足踝部软组织缺损16例，其中胫骨下段开放性骨折伴软组织缺损6例，胫骨下段软组织缺损伴慢性骨髓炎5例，足后跟足底软组织缺损伴跟骨表层组织缺损3例，跟骨骨髓炎伴窦道2例，皮瓣面积30 cm×10 cm～6 cm× 4.5cm，切取的腓肠肌瓣面积4 cm×3 cm～9 cm×6 cm，肌肉厚度1～3 cm，皮瓣面积比肌瓣的面积要大。

Abstract］ objective to observe gentamicin pmma chain in the treatment of chronic osteomyelitis.methods the seven cases of chronic osteomyelitis patients,had thorough debridement therapy,implanted in the bone marrow cavity in the soft tissue around with gentamicin pmma chain,indwelling two weeks over.results cured five cases,two cases were effective.conclusion gentamicin chain is important in treatment of chronic osteomyelitis,recommends retaining three months.

目的 观察庆大霉素 pmma 珠链在慢性骨髓炎治疗中应用的临床疗效。方法对7例慢性骨髓炎患者，彻底清创治疗后，在骨髓腔内与周围软组织内植入庆大霉素 pmma 珠链，留置 2 周以上。结果治愈5例，有效2例。结论庆大霉素珠链是治疗慢性骨髓炎的重要方法，推荐留置 3 个月。

Objective To evaluate the diagnostic value of soft tissues changes in differentiation between osteomyelitis and malignant bone tumor.

目的 探讨软组织的影像学改变对骨髓炎和恶性骨肿瘤的鉴别诊断价值。材料和方法对57例骨髓炎和70例恶性骨肿瘤病人的CT和MR表现进行观察，并记录各种征象，再行统计学处理。

结果：26例中急性骨髓炎8例，慢性骨髓炎12例，骨脓肿和硬化性骨髓炎各3例，术前诊断正确仅20例，3例误诊为恶性骨肿瘤，3例误诊为良性骨肿瘤或肿瘤样病变。

目的 探讨彩色普勒超声在骨癌、骨折、脊椎结核、骨髓炎疾病诊断中的应用方法采用惠普M2410A型彩色多普勒仪高频探头及电子扇形探头对骨折、骨癌、骨结核、骨髓炎及并发症进行观察分析。

objective to discuss the application of color doppler for diagnosing osteocarcinoma, fractures, bone tuberculosis and osteomyelitis.methods hp-m2410a color doppler-high-frequency electronic fan-shaped probe was used to observe and analyze fractures, osteocarcinoma, bone tuberculosis and osteomyelitis and their complications.results it had obvious value to diagnose fractures, osteocarcinoma, bone tuberculosis and osteomyelitis, especially for typical disease.

结果： 共用此方法治疗10例病人，全部是属于严重开放性粉碎性骨折，而且都是骨外露，由于骨髓炎、骨不连，经用各种常规手术及治疗未获成功，使用大块病骨切除，外固定架加压压缩固定，同时在干骺端用自行研制的针锯潜行截骨，恢复切除病骨的长度。10例分别切除病骨死骨3.0~14公分，干骺端分别延长3.0~14公分，全部获得成功，骨髓炎治愈。
