After kidney transplantation, large dose of anti-human lymphocyte immune globulin were used for 2 weeks, then (0.9-2.5)×108/kg mononuclearcell was reinfused.

移植后应用大剂量抗人T淋巴细胞免疫球蛋白诱导治疗2周，于肾脏移植后2周实施骨髓细胞回输，输注的单个核细胞数为(0.9~2.5)×108/kg。

The major clinical manifestation was lymph node enlargement found in all patients. Skin involvement and osteolysis were not frequent. The characteristic finding was leukemic cells with highly indented or lobulated flower-like nuclei in peripheral blood and bone marrow. ATL cells were CD2,CD3,CD4,CD25 positive and CD8 negative. No specific chromosome abnormality or HLA type was found. Seven of 8 patients examined had HTLV-Ⅰ antibody. The HTLV-Ⅰ provirus genome sequence integrated into host cell DNA was amplified by PCR and confirmed by liquid hybridization. All of these results showed that HTLV-Ⅰ was also the etiological agent of ATL in China. One of the 9 cases of ATL was classified as lymphoma type, one as chronic-type, and the rest as acute type.

结果和结论确诊9例ATL，其临床特征主要为淋巴结肿大，皮损及溶骨改变少见，外周血及骨髓出现典型的花瓣状核淋巴细胞，胞体大，核畸形，免疫表型为CD-1、CD+2、CD3+、CD4+、CD-8，还表达CD25等激活标记，染色体核型及HLA分型未发现有规律性的变化。8例ATL中有7例血清HTLV-Ⅰ抗体阳性，应用PCR及液相杂交法可检出整合到宿主细胞DNA中的HTLV-Ⅰ病毒序列，表明在我国HTLV-Ⅰ也是ATL的病因。9例中1例为淋巴瘤型，1例为慢性型，7例为急性型ATL，治疗效果及预后均不良。

ResultsCharacteristic features at the presentation of AITL included generalized lymphadenopathy, fever, splenomegaly, and skin rashes with polyclonal hyper-gammaglobulinemia and other hematological abnormalities (such as Coombs-positive hemolytic anemia), which often involved the bone marrow and had well-described histologic features.The positive rate for CXCL13 was 93.3%.

结果：AITL主要表现为淋巴结肿大、发热、脾大和皮疹，伴有多克隆性高球蛋白血症和其他血液学异常如白细胞升高、Coombs试验阳性，常累及骨髓，具有特征性的病理组织学表现，免疫组织化学实验显示B-淋巴细胞趋化因子CXCL13阳性率为93.3%。

To study the effects on the body of animals after incorporation of 3H-TdR and its mechanism, the laws of distribution A retention and absorbed dose in blood , thymus, spleen, femur, heart, lung,kidney, liver, brain , spermary , small intestine and muscle were detected by liquid scintillation counter after 3H-TdR was injected into the tail vein of mouse; the process of dynamic incorporation of in the lymphocytic cell nucleus of blood , thymus , spleen and the nucleus of femur was monitored; the absorbed dose in the cell nucleus was estimated; the influence to RNA"s synthesizing and cell"s survival was observed using the technology of CLSM; A segment of Egr-1 gene was cloned with reverse transcriptase- polymerase chained reaction, the influence to the expression of Egr-1 gene in the spleen cells was observed.

为了探讨有机结合氚内污染对生物机体的影响及其作用机理，本课题应用均相液体闪烁测量技术研究了氚标记胸腺嘧啶核苷(~3H-TdR)经尾静脉注入小鼠机体后，在血液、脑、胸腺、心脏、肺脏、肝脏、脾脏、肾脏、小肠、睾丸、肌肉和股骨共12种组织器官的生物动力学分布规律及其吸收剂量；应用纸片法液体闪烁测量技术研究了~3H-TdR内污染在外周血、胸腺和脾脏淋巴细胞及骨髓细胞的动态滞留规律，估算了细胞核的吸收剂量；应用共聚焦显微镜观察了~3H-TdR内污染对脾细胞核酸合成及其存活率的作用，应用反转录PCR技术研究了~3H-TdR内污染对脾细胞早期生长反应基因-1(Egr-1)转录表达的影响。
