骨软骨肉瘤

Methods From January 1998, sixteen patients suffed from osteosarcoma(6 cases), chondrosarcoma(3 cases), gaint cell tumor(6 cases) and fibrosarcoma(1 case) arising from femur(5 cases), tibia(5 cases), humerus(3 cases), fibula(2 cases), radius(1 case).

1998年1月起，我院对16例肢体恶性骨肿瘤（按病理骨肉瘤6例，软骨肉瘤3例，骨巨细胞瘤6例，纤维肉瘤1例；按部位股骨5例，胫骨5例，肱骨3例，腓骨2例，桡骨1例）行骨肿瘤局部切除术及术中放疗加植骨。

The malignant tumors included osteogenic osteosarcoma,metastasis tumor(six patients,two with pathologic fractures),chondrosarcoma,malignant fibrous histiocytoma (three patients,one with pathologic fracture),fibrosarcoma,and solitary myeloma.all patients received limb savage procedure with custom knee prosthesis including sevnteen cases of hinge joint and twentyone cases of posterior stability joints.

回顾分析我院接受定制型人工关节置换进行保肢治疗的股骨远端肿瘤患者38 例，其中良性肿瘤9 例，分别是骨巨细胞瘤7例(复发性骨巨细胞瘤5 例，骨折2例)，骨巨细胞瘤合并动脉瘤样骨囊肿1 例，骨母细胞瘤1 例；恶性肿瘤29 例，分别是成骨性骨肉瘤16 例，转移性肿瘤6例(骨折2例)，软骨肉瘤2 例，恶性纤维组织细胞瘤3例(骨折1例)，纤维肉瘤1 例，局灶性骨髓瘤1 例。

Methods: By using immunohistochemistry method, the expression of Survivin in osteosarcoma, osteochondroma and normal osseous tissue, and the expression of P-glycoprotein in osteosarcoma was detected.

采用免疫组织化学S-P法检测凋亡抑制基因Survivin在骨肉瘤、骨软骨瘤和正常骨组织中的表达及P-糖蛋白在骨肉瘤中的表达。

PPO gene was not detected in the multiple myelome、 malignant fibrous histiocytoma 、malignant lymphoma、malignant neurosarcoma、solitary plasmacytoma of bone、primitive neuroectodermal tumors、lipoma、 osteosarcoma and sarcoenchondroma.

PPO基因在多发性骨髓瘤、恶性纤维组织细胞瘤、恶性淋巴瘤、恶性神经肉瘤、孤立性浆细胞肉瘤、原始神经外胚瘤、脂肪瘤、骨及软骨肉瘤等肿瘤中没有表达。在骨巨细胞瘤中有微弱表达。

There were 22 malignant tumors including 11 osteosarcomas, 5 chondrosarcomas, 2 malignant fibrous histocytomas, and one each of malignant osteoblastoma, alveolar sarcoma, rhabdomyosarcoma, malignant giant cell tumor of bone. 28 benign tumors included 27 giant cell tumors of bone and 1 benign fibrous histocytoma.

肿瘤类型：恶性肿瘤22例，其中骨肉瘤11例，软骨肉瘤5例，恶性纤维组织细胞瘤2例，恶性骨母细胞瘤、腺泡状肉瘤、横纹肌肉瘤、骨巨细胞肉瘤各1例；良性肿瘤28例，其中骨巨细胞瘤27例，良性纤维组织细胞瘤1例。

Results: The expressing rate of OPG was significant different between osteosarcoma and osteochondroma.

结果： 骨肉瘤与骨软骨瘤OPG的表达有显著性差异，骨肉瘤与骨软骨瘤OPGL的表达无显著性差异。

Methods: The immunohistochemistry was used to investigate the protein expression of p27 in 46 cases of osteosarcoma and 16 cases of osteochondroma. The expression of p27 and histological category and differentiation levels of osteosarcoma were observed.

应用S-P免疫组织化学方法检测46例骨肉瘤和16例骨软骨瘤组织中p27的表达，并观察p27表达在骨肉瘤组织学分型、分化程度等临床指标之间的差异。

Both cyclin D1 and cdk4 were present in 1/ 8 (12.5%) osteochondroma of the jaws.

结果 软骨肉瘤cyclin D1和cdk4阳性表达率分别为70%（14/ 20）和65%（13/20），二者的阳性表达存在正相关（rs= 0.526， P 0.05）；而它们在骨软骨瘤的阳性表达率均为12.5%（1/ 8），在软骨瘤无表达，与软骨肉瘤相比有显著性差异（P 0.05）。

Focus on research work and clinical studies in musculoskeletal oncology, especially about mechanism and biological therapy of osteosarcoma, such as proteomics studies of osteosarcoma, prospective control study of osteosarcoma, registration system of musculoskeletal oncology and genic tests about the familial inheritance osteoenchondroma, etc.

拟开展《骨肉瘤特异性相关抗原的蛋白质组学研究》、《骨肉瘤多中心前瞻性随机对照研究》、《骨与软组织肿瘤注册-会诊-随访登记系统》、《多发性骨软骨瘤家族遗传性基因的检测》等课题的相关研究工作，承担国家、省级和市级重大项目等课题的申报。
