骨软骨纤维瘤

Pathological diagnosis as follows: Chon- droblastoma (3 cases), giant cell tumor of bone (3 eases), fibrous dysplasia (2 cases), non-ossifying fibroma (1 case), and esosinophilic granuloma of bone (1 case).

材料和方法：经手术病理和临床活检证实共10例，其中成软骨细胞瘤和骨巨细胞瘤各3例，骨纤维异常增殖症2例，非骨化性纤维瘤和嗜酸性肉芽肿各1例。

Resulte: In 12 infective lesions, including purulent infection (4 cases) and tuberculosis (8 cases), the correct dignosis was made in 4cases by CR and in 11 cases by CT. In 16 soft tissue tumors, including lipoma (7 cases), fibrosarcoma (4 cases), hemangioma (1 case), neurofibroma (1 case), malignant fibrous histocytoma (1case), aggressive fibromatosis (1 case) and liposarcoma (1 case), the correct diagnosis was made in 3cases by CR and in 14 cases by CT. In 11 bone lesions, including fibrous dysplasia (7 cases), chondroma (2 cases), myeloma and cosinophilic granuloma (1 case), the correct diagnosis was made in 8cases by CR and in 10 cases by CT.

结果：感染组12例中(包括化脓性感染4例，胸壁结核8例)，CR准确诊断4例，CT诊断11例；软组织肿瘤组16例中(包括脂肪瘤7例，纤维肉瘤4例，血管瘤、神经纤维瘤、恶性纤维组织细胞瘤、侵袭性纤维瘤病和脂肪肉瘤各l例)，CR准确诊断3例，CT诊断14例；骨肿瘤和肿瘤样病变组11例中(包括骨纤维异常增殖症7例，软骨瘤2例，多发性骨髓瘤和骨嗜酸性肉芽肿各1例)，CR准确诊断8例，CT诊断10例。

Chondromyxoid fibroma is a rare benign bone tumor. The etiology of chondromyxoid fibroma is still unknown.

软骨粘液纤维瘤是一种罕见的良性骨瘤，它发生的原因至今仍不明。

Methods From January 1998, sixteen patients suffed from osteosarcoma(6 cases), chondrosarcoma(3 cases), gaint cell tumor(6 cases) and fibrosarcoma(1 case) arising from femur(5 cases), tibia(5 cases), humerus(3 cases), fibula(2 cases), radius(1 case).

1998年1月起，我院对16例肢体恶性骨肿瘤（按病理骨肉瘤6例，软骨肉瘤3例，骨巨细胞瘤6例，纤维肉瘤1例；按部位股骨5例，胫骨5例，肱骨3例，腓骨2例，桡骨1例）行骨肿瘤局部切除术及术中放疗加植骨。

The malignant tumors included osteogenic osteosarcoma,metastasis tumor(six patients,two with pathologic fractures),chondrosarcoma,malignant fibrous histiocytoma (three patients,one with pathologic fracture),fibrosarcoma,and solitary myeloma.all patients received limb savage procedure with custom knee prosthesis including sevnteen cases of hinge joint and twentyone cases of posterior stability joints.

回顾分析我院接受定制型人工关节置换进行保肢治疗的股骨远端肿瘤患者38 例，其中良性肿瘤9 例，分别是骨巨细胞瘤7例(复发性骨巨细胞瘤5 例，骨折2例)，骨巨细胞瘤合并动脉瘤样骨囊肿1 例，骨母细胞瘤1 例；恶性肿瘤29 例，分别是成骨性骨肉瘤16 例，转移性肿瘤6例(骨折2例)，软骨肉瘤2 例，恶性纤维组织细胞瘤3例(骨折1例)，纤维肉瘤1 例，局灶性骨髓瘤1 例。

In this study, immunohistochemical staining was performed with antibodies against D2-40, S100, pankeratin, epithelial membrane antigen, brachyury, and glial fibrillary acidic protein in 4 cases of chordoid glioma, 6 skeletal myxoid chondrosarcomas, 10 chordoid meningiomas, 16 extraskeletal myxoid chondrosarcoma, 18 chordomas, 22 low-grade chondrosarcomas, and 27 enchondromas.

本研究中，我们给4例脊索样胶质瘤、6例骨的黏液样软骨肉瘤、10脊索样脑膜瘤、16例骨外黏液样软骨肉瘤、18例脊索瘤、22例低级别软骨肉瘤和27例内生性软骨瘤做了D2-40、S100、pankeratin、上皮膜抗原、brachyury和胶质纤维酸性蛋白的免疫组化染色。

PPO gene was not detected in the multiple myelome、 malignant fibrous histiocytoma 、malignant lymphoma、malignant neurosarcoma、solitary plasmacytoma of bone、primitive neuroectodermal tumors、lipoma、 osteosarcoma and sarcoenchondroma.

PPO基因在多发性骨髓瘤、恶性纤维组织细胞瘤、恶性淋巴瘤、恶性神经肉瘤、孤立性浆细胞肉瘤、原始神经外胚瘤、脂肪瘤、骨及软骨肉瘤等肿瘤中没有表达。在骨巨细胞瘤中有微弱表达。

There were 22 malignant tumors including 11 osteosarcomas, 5 chondrosarcomas, 2 malignant fibrous histocytomas, and one each of malignant osteoblastoma, alveolar sarcoma, rhabdomyosarcoma, malignant giant cell tumor of bone. 28 benign tumors included 27 giant cell tumors of bone and 1 benign fibrous histocytoma.

肿瘤类型：恶性肿瘤22例，其中骨肉瘤11例，软骨肉瘤5例，恶性纤维组织细胞瘤2例，恶性骨母细胞瘤、腺泡状肉瘤、横纹肌肉瘤、骨巨细胞肉瘤各1例；良性肿瘤28例，其中骨巨细胞瘤27例，良性纤维组织细胞瘤1例。

When Fas and c-myc protein were coexpressed in cytoplasm, a strong positive sign appeared in highly differentiated osteosarcoma, fibrous dysplasia of bone and osteoplast of bone callus, a weak sign was found in low-differentiated tumour cells and fibroblasts.

Fas和c-myc蛋白胞浆内阳性，在骨肉瘤的高分化细胞(骨母细胞型和软骨细胞型瘤细胞)和骨化性纤维瘤、骨纤维结构不良、骨痂组织中骨母细胞呈强表达；而在低分化瘤细胞和纤维母细胞则呈弱表达。

No matter what kinds of sarcomatous elements are found in a retroperitoneal dedifferentiated liposarcoma, its clinical behavior is not the same as high grade fibrosarcomas, leiomyosarcomas, osteosarcomas, chondrosarcomas, rhabdomyosarcomas, or MPNST.
