Objective:To investigate the clinical value of superselect ive transcatheter arterial embolization on bone and muscular tissue tumors.

目的：探讨骨和肌肉组织肿瘤的超选择动脉栓塞术的临床价值。

Methods:U 2-os cells were treated by bFGF, and their survival and proliferation were determined with trypan blue exclusion method and MTT method.

本文通过观察bFGF对骨肉瘤细胞系U 2-os细胞增殖及生存的影响，探讨bFGF在肿瘤细胞发生发展中的作用。

Methods Ten samples of tumor - bearing mandibular bone were heated at 55 ℃ for 20 minutes by microwave. Then the bones were decalcified and HE staining was performed. The tumors and normal tissue were observed under the light microscopy.

选取10 例被恶性肿瘤侵及的下颌骨术后骨段，即刻用微波进行加热到55 ℃，维持20 分钟，将标本脱钙后进行切片HE 染色，光镜下观察肿瘤组织和正常骨组织的变化。
