复发率为3.44％。结论术中病灶腔加热化疗，可在很大程度上杀伤残留的肿瘤细胞，进一步降低骨巨细胞瘤的术后复发率。

Methods: We summarized retrospectively on the clinical data of 104 patients with carcinoma of head and neck reconstructed at the same stage of tumor resection by 4 types of island myocutaneous, including forehead, infrahyoid, trapezius and pectoralis major myocutaneous flap.

Methods: Two hundred and forty-seven patients with head and neck lesions were operated on from 1983 to 2001. The surgical procedure was decided on the pathologic conditions. The surgical defects were repaired by pectoralis major myocutanous flap or combined with delto-ectopectoralis flap, split skin flap, laryngotracheal flap, tongue flap, stomach flap, sternohyoid myofascial flap, sternocleidomastoid myoperiosteal flap, epiglottis flap.

1983至2001年手术治疗了247例头颈部肿瘤患者，用胸大肌肌皮瓣或联合其他组织瓣如胸三角皮瓣、裂层皮片、喉气管瓣、舌根瓣、胃瓣、胸骨舌骨肌筋膜瓣、胸锁乳突肌骨膜瓣、会厌瓣等对术中组织缺损进行了整复。

However, only one patient had relapse in the soft tissue two years later. The en bloc excision was performed again. Thus, the relapse ratio was 11%. According to Mankin score, there was excellent (n=3), well (n=4), passable (n=1), and poor (n=1), thus the finess ratio was 80%.

所有患者骨内无复发，仅1例术后2年软组织内复发，并再次行软组织内肿瘤切除，复发率为11%。9例患者中按Mankin标准评定，优3例，良4例，可1例，差1例，优良率为80%。

Results In patients treated tumors using 153 Sm-EDTMP alone, the total ostealgia remission rate was 61.67%, the total response rates of metastatic foci eliminating or shrinking was 20.00%; while in patients treated tumors using 153 Sm-EDTMP in combination with 99 Tc-MDP, they were 88.89% and 44.44%, respectively.

96例确诊为多发性骨转移肿瘤中，60例单独使用153Sm-EDTMP治疗，36例使用153Sm-EDTMP联合&云克&治疗，比较两种方法的治疗效果。

The serial examinations showed possible hypertrophic pulmonary osteoarthropathy throughout the bilateral pelvic bones and the long bones of both lower limbs, with a lobulated nodule in the right middle lung and multiple small nodules in both lung fields. The CT-guided biopsy pathologic study of this pulmonary nodule was adenocarcinoma.

经详细检查，发现骨骼扫描呈现两边骨盆以及下肢长骨骨增生性病变，並且在胸部X光以及断层扫描发现右上胸肺叶有一小叶状肿瘤与数个小结节遍布两边肺叶。
