The therapeutic effect of microincision in the treatment of osteofascial compartment syndrome caused by reperfusion injury is satisfactory.Its forte is slight injury,small wound surface,little loss of extracellular fluid and protein,low probability of infection;selfcure in part of the microincision,no need of dermatoplasty.

小切口减张术用于骨筋膜室综合征具有损伤轻微、创面小、细胞外液和蛋白损失少、感染概率相对较低，部分小切口能够自行愈合、无须Ⅱ期缝合或植皮等优点，方法实用，值得推广。

Results Free vascularized bone flap was successfully transferred to repair the bone defects in 30 cases. Epineurial neurorrhaphy and interfascicular nerve grafting were used to repair the forearm wounds of peripheral nerve in 150 cases and the good-excellent rate is better than that of tranditional methods. The forearm wounds of peripheral blood vessels were repaired by anastomosis and grafting in early stage in 500 cases , and the patency rate was 91％. The defects of skin , muscle of limbs in forearm wounds were repaired in a one-stage procedure in 120 cases , the problem of muscle force was solved simultaneously.

结果对30例战伤性骨缺损，采用吻合血管的骨移植，全部获得成功；对150例周围神经火器伤，采用神经束间缝合及束间移植术，其总优良率较传统方法为优；对500例周围血管火器伤，早期进行血管吻合和血管移植术，血管通畅率为91％；对120例四肢战伤性皮肤、肌肉等软组织缺损进行一次性修复，并同时解决肌肉的动力。

During the operation, a drill, 4.5 mm diameter, was used to drill a hole on the lateral ankle; one anchor was drilled into the talus at the end of anterior talofibular ligament, another one was threaded on the calcaneus; the allogeneic tendon was permeated through the hole on the lateral ankle, maintaining ankle neutral and moderate valgus position.

术中应用4.5 mm直径的钻头在外踝处打孔，在距腓韧带的距骨止点处拧入锚钉一枚，在跟骨跟腓韧带止点处拧入锚钉一枚，然后将异体肌腱在外踝骨孔处穿过，维持踝关节于伸曲中立位和中度外翻位，将肌腱的两端分别用锚钉的尾线缝合固定，术后石膏托固定踝关节于伸曲中立位和轻度外翻位。
