Methods 18 rabbits were used to observe the osteogenesis of percutaneous autogenous bone marrow into cicatrix of bone defect.A 1cm bone defect model was made in each side of the radius.

选健康家兔18只，建立双侧桡骨中段骨及骨膜缺损1cm模型，两骨断端髓腔用骨蜡封闭。6周后，实验侧桡骨骨缺损区经皮注射自体红骨髓2ml；对照侧桡骨骨缺损区注射自身外周血2ml。

RESULTS On the experimental side, there was new bone formation in the bone medullary cavity, the endosteum and the section surface of the cortex at 2 weeks. At 4 weeks, at the center of the blood clot in the tube there was new bone formation and bone defect was completely healed at 8 weeks.

结果 实验侧术后2 周即在骨断端髓腔、骨内膜及皮质断面处有新骨形成，并长入管内血肿，术后4周新骨长入血肿中心，8周完全骨愈合。

There was a high risk of thin cement mantle in Gruen zones 1,2 and 5 in the anterior-posterior plane and in Gruen zones 8,9 and 12 in the lateral plane. Typical areas of radiolucency were identified in Gruen zones 25 and 1012 in the middle-distal of the stem. Voids appeared in Gruen zones 35 and 1012 in the distal of the stem.

结果］(1)按Barrack标准，骨水泥质量A级87.1%，B级11.8%，C级1.1%，无D级骨水泥；(2)按Gruen分区，骨水泥鞘厚度＜2mm区域多见于正位片上1、2、5区和侧位片上8、9、12区；透亮带多位于假体中远端的2~5区和10~12区；气泡影出现在假体远端的3~5区和10~12区。

Methods:The treatment of 18 cases with bone cysts was reviewed,which there were treated from January 2004 to February 2005. There were12 males and 6 females with an average age of 13 years?old. The bone cysts were located in the proximal humerus（n=9）,proximal femur（n=4）,proximal tibia（n=1）,distal tibia（n=1）,proximal ulna（n=1）,distal ulna（n=1）,and distal radius（n=1）.Under fluoroscopy, two fine bone marrow biopsy needls pierced the bone cysts from the top and the bottom of the cyst respectively.The intracystic fluid was drawn out,the cyst cavity was irrigated and then the tissue engineering complexation of autologous red bone marrow and methylprednisolone with sodium hyaluronate was injected in percutaneously.

2004.1～2005.2月，对18例骨囊肿患者（男12例，女6例，平均年龄13岁；其中肱骨近端9例，股骨近端4例，胫骨近端1例、远端1例，尺骨近端1、远端1例，桡骨远端1例）以玻璃酸钠为载体抽取自体红骨髓加入甲基强的松龙，在X线透视下，将2根骨穿针经皮分别自囊腔顶部和底部刺入骨囊肿内，抽去囊液，冲洗囊腔后注入复合物。
