Results: The BMD decreased fastest in the first year after operation, as the postoperative time prolonged, the BMD decreased markedly at the medial part of the stem especially at the calcar and under calcar part, and at the medial part of the stem and the large trochanter, the BMD at the lateral lower part of the stem decreased at a lower extent, the femur shaft part under the tip of the stem lost the lest bone.

结果：术后第一年骨丢失多，随术后时间延长，假体柄内侧尤其是股骨矩及矩下R7、R6区、假体尖内侧R5和大粗隆区R1区骨丢失最明显，假体柄外侧中、下R2、3区端次之，假体柄尖远端股骨干处R4区骨丢失相对较少。

这一属种的主要鉴定特征包括：前上颌骨后腹缘有一深凹、前上颌齿和上颌齿之间有一齿缺、眶前窝外表面前部有许多坑窝和脊、顶骨侧后突伸向后方、方骨的翼骨支边缘柱状、靠近前上颌齿齿冠舌面前缘有槽、环椎间椎体外腹突缺失、第一尾椎椎体腹视 T 形、前部尾椎横突远端前后向强烈扩展呈圆形、前部脉弧近端外侧面有两个被一斜脊分离的窝以及耻骨强烈向后弯曲。通过分析千禧中国鸟龙的96个骨骼学特征，发现其中21个特征支持奔龙类与鸟类的亲缘关系最近，9个特征支持奔龙类与伤齿龙类亲缘关系最近，25个特征支持奔龙类、伤齿龙类和鸟类亲缘关系较为接近。

Objective:To get objective evidence of the optimal stress condition in broken ends of scaphoid loins fracture,to provide biomechanical basis for the clinical choice of the different fixation postures after scaphoid loins fracture and further to offer theoretical instructions for the treatment after scaphoid loins fracture,stress distribution and shift rules after three types of fracture in scaphoid loins (transverse fracture, radialis oblique fracture and ulnar side oblique fracture) were studied using electrometric method and three-dimensional (3-D) finite element analysis.

目的：运用电测法和三维有限元法，研究腕舟骨腰部三种类型骨折后腕关节在各种不同体位固定下骨折端的位移情况及其所受应力的分布和变化规律，从而得到骨折后良好折端应力条件的客观证据，为临床上腕舟骨腰部骨折后腕关节固定体位的选择提供生物力学依据，进而为腕舟骨腰部骨折后的临床固定治疗提供理论指导。

The three-dimensional finite element analysis showed that the way of relatively proximal osteotomy changed the plantar pressure distribution obviously and made the center of pressure shift medially as normal.

三维有限元分析结果显示第一跖骨远端截骨手术后，静态站立状态下足部的压力中心向内移动，但随着截骨线靠近近端，压力分布改变明显，接近正常的足底压力分布状态。

X-ray is the most important method to measure the pathological changes of hallux valgus.

拇外翻其病理改变具有多样性的，包括第一跖骨内收、第一，二跖骨间角增大、拇趾外翻角增大、第一跖趾关节近端关节面固定角或远端关节面固定角增大、籽骨移位、软组织平衡的改变等。X射线测量是确定拇外翻病理改变的主要的手段。

There was a high risk of thin cement mantle in Gruen zones 1,2 and 5 in the anteriorposterior plane and in Gruen zones 8,9 and 12 in the lateral plane.Typical areas of radiolucency were identified in Gruen zones 2～5 and 10～12 in the middledistal of the stem.Voids appeared in Gruen zones 3～5 and 10～12 in the distal of the stem.

结果(1)按Barrack标准，骨水泥质量A级87.1%，B级11.8%，C级1.1%，无D级骨水泥；(2)按Gruen分区，骨水泥鞘厚度 mm区域多见于正位片上1、2、5区和侧位片上8、9、12区；透亮带多位于假体中远端的2～5区和10～12区；气泡影出现在假体远端的3～5区和10～12区。

Method］twelve cases with extremities invasion bone tumor were reviewed,including 6 male and 6 female.the average age was 37.1 years old.according to the mri,typeⅰtumor located in metaphysic and growth eccentricity,and was treated with outside tumor osteotomy with reservation of one side as integumentale,the cut line was shape of "匚".type ⅱ tumor was with invasion part articular surface,and was operated with part joint osteotomy with reservation of one side as integumentale,the cut line was shape of"l".type ⅲ was with invasion total joint surface and as integmentale,all tumor segment including joint could be cut,but the shape of cut close to the diaphysis was echelonment.

方法］12例侵袭性骨肿瘤患者男6例，女6例；平均年龄37.1岁。根据mri表现选择不同截骨方法，ⅰ型肿瘤位于干骺端偏心性生长，采用保留一侧皮质骨的肿瘤外截骨，截骨线呈&匚&形。ⅱ型病例肿瘤侵蚀部分关节面，采用保留一侧皮质的部分关节截骨，截骨线呈&l&形。ⅲ型病例肿瘤侵蚀整个关节面和骨皮质，可切除包括关节在内的整个瘤段骨，只是近骨干侧截骨呈阶梯状。
