Research in quality standard for Rhizoma Drynariae with salt Moisture, heave metal limit examine, arsenic salt examine and animalcule limit examine of ten batch magnifying processing sample are examined, then constitute the quality standard of rhizoma drynariae with salt.

三、盐制骨碎补质量标准研究通过对骨碎补十批中试样品的水分、总灰分及酸不溶性灰分的测定以及重金属限量检查、砷盐检查、微生物限度检查等，初步制定了盐制骨碎补的质量标准。

Result:As compared with the model group, the effect of small dose group and middle dose group of osteopractic total flavone on TBV% of shankbone increased significantly; the effect of small dose group and middle dose group of osteopractic total flavone on TRS% of shankbone reduced significantly and TFS%, AFS%, MAR, BFR of shankbone reduced obviously; the effect of middle dose group of osteopractic total flavone on OSW and mAR reduced obviously, the effect of small dose group of osteopractic total flavone on them had the tendency of reducing, but there was no statistical significance.

结果 ：对胫骨骨小梁体积百分比的影响，与模型组比较，骨碎补总黄酮小剂量组和中剂量组的TBV %明显增高；对胫骨骨小梁吸收表面百分比的影响，与模型组比较，骨碎补总黄酮小剂量组、中剂量组的TRS %显著降低；对胫骨骨小梁形成表面百分比，活性生成表面百分比，骨小梁矿化率和骨小梁骨生成率的影响，骨碎补总黄酮小剂量组、中剂量组的TFS %，AFS %，MAR ，BFR较模型组皆明显降低；对胫骨类骨质平均宽度和骨皮质矿化率的影响，骨碎补总黄酮中剂量组的OSW和mAR与模型组比较，明显降低；骨碎补总黄酮小剂量组与之相比，有下降的趋势，但无统计学意义。

The ovariectomized rats having been fed with osteopractic total flavone for 6 months, TBV% increased significantly while TRS%, AFS%, MAR, BFR, OSW, and mAR reduced obviously.

给去卵巢大鼠灌服骨碎补总黄酮 6个月后，TBV %明显增高，TRS %以及TFS %，AFS %，MAR ，BFR ，OSW ，mAR均明显降低，表明骨碎补总黄酮对卵巢切除所致的骨质疏松症具有明显的防治作用。

However, Davallia divaricata and Davallia mariesii had better hydroxyl radical scavenging activity than the others.

但於氢氧自由基之清除能力，则以大叶骨碎补、海州骨碎补具有较佳活性。

The experimental results suggested that Davallia mariesii and Araiostegia parvipinnata have enriched antioxidant components and better antioxidative activity.

首先，测定上述七种植物水抽取物总多酚类之含量，结果显示以海州骨碎补、鳞轴小膜盖蕨含量最多；在多种抗氧化活性测定中，亦以鳞轴小膜盖蕨、海州骨碎补具较佳之活性。

Results We can induce MSCs into osteoblasts which can express gene col Ⅰ and ALP. Through analysis growth curve, we demostrateed the diphosphonate or assemble flavone of drynaria rhizome with 10^(-4)~10^(-6)mmolL^(-1) had the inhibition on the osteomast; it with 10^(-8)mmolL^(-1) had a promotion on the osteoblast; it with 10^(-10)~10^(-12)mmolL^(-1) had a restraint on osteoblast. Conclusion Through gene analysis, we found the diphosphonate or assemble flavone of drynaria rhizome can have the promotion on the osteoblast.

结果 骨髓基质细胞经过4周诱导可转化为表达colⅠ和ALP的成骨细胞，经过生长曲线分析，二磷酸盐和骨碎补总黄酮10^(-4)~10^(-6)mmolL^(-1)时，对诱导后的成骨细胞有抑制作用；10^(-8)molL^(-1)有促进作用；10^(-10)~10^(-12)mmolL^(-1)不明显，其中10^(-8)mmolL^(-1)作用最强；基因分析后，发现二磷酸盐和骨碎补总黄酮促进成骨细胞表达colⅠ和ALP，且两者合用效果大于单独用药。

After 6 months treated, the SOP patients' ICTP lowered extently, to illustrate that the flavone of rhizome drynaria can delay the bone resorption.

运用骨碎补总黄酮治疗6个月后，ICTP有一定程度上降低，说明骨碎补总黄酮具有减缓低转换型骨质疏松症骨吸收状况的功效。

Results the weight was increased significantly in OVX rats as compared with normal group(P. 05). As compared with the OVX group, the weight in the nilestriol group, water pharmaceutical preparation of drynaria group,ethanol pharmaceutical preparation of drynaria group were decreased P.

结果：模型组与正常对照组大鼠比较体重显著增加(P＜0.05)；与模型组比较，尼尔雌醇组体重降低(P＜0.05)；骨碎补水提、醇提组体重降低，差异有显著性(P＜0.05)；与正常对照组相比，骨碎补水提、醇提组均无显著性差异(P＞0.05)。

Experimental study indicated: the flavone of rhizome drynaria can improve the cytoactive of marrow stroma cell of rats, promote its multiplicative division, and protect the marrow stroma cells' apotosis with lipidsion.The flavone of rhizome drynaria's serum can extently protect the osteoblast apoptosis of rats induced by TNF-α and the osteoblast senescence of rats induced by t-BHP.

实验研究表明：骨碎补总黄酮能够提高大鼠骨髓基质细胞的活性，促进其增殖分裂，并对脂质化大鼠骨髓基质细胞凋亡具有保护作用，而且骨碎补总黄酮含药血清对TNF-α诱导的大鼠成骨细胞凋亡和t-BHP诱导的大鼠成骨细胞衰老均具有一定的保护作用。

In this study, the antioxidant components, antioxidative activity of five species of Davalliaceae plants and two polypodiaceae plants were investigated first by microtiter spectrophotometric and fluorescent methods. Then the protective effects of these plants on 6-OHDA-induced neuronal damage in B35 cells were investigated.
