Objective To explore the therapeutic effects of chiropractic manipulation on low back pain secondary to pelvic obliquity.

目的 观察整脊手法对骨盆倾斜性腰痛及纠正骨盆偏斜的治疗效果。

Methods 1、Choose one fresh pelvis specimen of adult man, affirmat it is normal or not by checking it with X-ray at first; then scan it with helix CT, keep the pelvic quiescing when being scaned. Obtain series fault images of the pelvis, import the images into Mimics10.01 software and restitue 3D visible model of pelvis.

获取骨盆系列断层图像，将图像按顺序导入利用Mimics10.01软件，重建骨盆三维可视模型；再利用FreeForm软件对模型进行修饰处理，并截取髋骨模型；然后将三维髋骨以IGES格式导入有限元软件Ansys8.0进行力学参数赋值，建立髋臼三维有限元模型。

Methods:40 cases of patient that pelvis CT scans were chosen at random, and divided into four groups of competent pelvises and scan at random in method.

The amplitude of hamstrings and gastrocnemius were more related with pelvic support. During dynamic support modes, even the load was low the muscle activation was still higher than that in SE mode. Methods:of 70 cases with traumatic pelvic fracture associated with injuries of other organ, 16 were treated by lienectomy, 7 were treated by liver repair, 6 were treated by colon operation, 6 were treated by intestine inosculation, 4 were treated by bladder fistulatome, 10 were treated by ligation of internal iliac arteries, 1 was treated by half-pelvic excision, 4 were treated by angioembolization, 5 were treated by conduction.results: totally 11 cases were dead, death rate was 15.5%.

对71例外伤性骨盆骨折合并其他部位伤的病例进行不同方法的诊治：脾切除16例，肝修补7例，结肠手术6例，小肠修补吻合6例，膀胱造瘘4例，髂内动脉结扎10例，半骨盆离断术1例，髂血管探查取栓4例，胸腔闭式引流5例。结果：全组死亡11例，死亡率15.5%。1例死于肺栓塞，1例死于ards，1例死于mof，8例死于出血性休克。

Ten adult mixed breed dogs without significant individual difference were made transverse fracture at bilateral iliopectineal crest 1.5cm above the dome of acetabulum, which were fixed with ATMF'S or steel plate respectively. The animals were sacrificed and specimens were procured at 2, 4, 6, 8 and 12 weeks after operation. Samples from the fracture gaps were investigated by histology of HE and Masson staining, image pattern analysis of new bone formation.
