While in the BMP/HA group, although the fibrous callus was appeared in the 4th and 8th weeks, the HA was not absorbed. In the 12th and 16th weeks the change was similar to that in the 8th week and no recanalization of bone marrow cavity.

而BMP/HA复合组，虽然在第4、8周也有纤维性骨痂形成，但HA不被吸收；第12、16周与第8周相似，无髓腔再通现象。

RESULTS:①Histological analysis showed membrane bone formation and endochondral bone. A mass of chondrocytes appeared in bony callus of the OVX group at days 21 and 28 after operation.

结果：①组织学观察结果：显示骨折处膜内成骨和软骨成骨两种方式，术后第21天及28天时去势组骨痂中仍可见大量软骨细胞。

The rigid fixation is statically preloaded and as the bone is loaded, there is not motion of fragments. The flexible Fixation systems can not be statically preloaded. As the-bone is loaded, both compression and distraction occur at the fracture site. Because micromotion at the fracture ends occurs within the limits that the callus will allow.

刚性固定在动载荷下断端没有活动而有静态预载荷；非刚性固定没有预静载荷，在动载荷下断端压缩和分离交替出现，由于动载荷下断端存在相对活动，所以骨折在外骨痂不断形成过程中达到愈合。
