骨痂

The union time was5-13months.14patients got bonyunion,normal function and figure,completely loading without deformity;1patients got poor callus development,after a series of treatment,such as coaptation,osteopractic et al,delayed union was obtained.

骨折愈合时间5～13个月。14例达骨性愈合，功能正常，患肢无畸型，负重无疼痛不适；1例骨痂形成欠佳，后经补钙接骨、局部注射金葡液等治疗，骨折延期愈合。

Methods Unilateral mandibular osteotomies were performed in 30 mature rabbits, the mandibles of 30 rabbits were lengthened by 4mm using a distracter.

方法在30只成年大耳白兔的一侧下颌骨前部行骨切开术，用牵引器延长一侧下颌骨4mm，分别于牵张完成后的第1，3，7，14，28天处死一组动物，取牵引区新生骨痂行组织学及OPG免疫组化染色。

Results Three to six months after operation,X-ray showed firm healing(strong external callus or synostosis).99mTc-MDP bone imaging showed active bone metabolism in allografts early and resume normal by degree 2 years after operation.

结果 手术后3～6个月在X线片显示牢固的生物固定(坚强的外骨痂或已骨性连接)、99mTc-MDP骨扫描图像显示异体骨早期代谢活跃，2年后逐渐恢复正常。

Mallory trichrism staining exhibited light blue samples. Eight weeks following repair, CT showed round blunt defect edges in the coronal position, which had bony pustute connection with gel materials. Density at the defect region significantly increased. 3D reconstruction suggested that defects became small. After hematoxylin-eosin staining, abundant fibrous connective tissue appeared in defect regions, with bony tissues. Mallory trichrism staining revealed that maroon mature bone tissues were found, surrounded by light blue chondroid tissues. Twelve weeks following repair, coronal defect regions were filled with callus. 3D reconstruction showed that defects were repaired. Defect region and surrounding bony tissues had bony connection, with thick bone trabecula and mature Haversian system.

修复后8周，冠状位CT显示缺损边缘圆钝，与凝胶材料有骨性突起连接，缺损处密度增高明显，三维重建显示缺损范围较之前有所减小；标本苏木精－伊红染色后缺损部可见大量含血管成分的纤维结缔组织，有骨样组织结构形成，Mallory三色染色显示有褐红色成熟骨组织形成，其旁边有淡蓝色软骨样组织修复后12周，冠状位CT显示缺损区基本被骨痂填满，三维重建示缺损基本修复；缺损区域和周围骨组织形成骨性结合，骨小梁粗大，哈弗氏系统成熟。

The nonunion was judged to be healed when bridging callus formation on both radiographic views was observed on at least 3 of 4 cortices.

骨不连的愈合为观察者均看到桥接骨痂骨在X线片中有至少在3至4个皮质形成。

Results: MPR together with axial images could well display the entire picture of spondyloschisis and spinalcanal. Conclusion: Spiral CT together with MPR plays an important role in detecting spondyloschisis.

结果 多平面重建矢状面图像和轴位对18例31处椎弓崩裂均显示良好，轴位对裂隙骨赘、骨痂、纤维组织增生，椎间盘病变等征象显示清晰，正中矢状面重建对椎体滑脱，椎体撕裂或骨赘后突显示良好。
