骨母细胞瘤

The malignant tumors included osteogenic osteosarcoma,metastasis tumor(six patients,two with pathologic fractures),chondrosarcoma,malignant fibrous histiocytoma (three patients,one with pathologic fracture),fibrosarcoma,and solitary myeloma.all patients received limb savage procedure with custom knee prosthesis including sevnteen cases of hinge joint and twentyone cases of posterior stability joints.

回顾分析我院接受定制型人工关节置换进行保肢治疗的股骨远端肿瘤患者38 例，其中良性肿瘤9 例，分别是骨巨细胞瘤7例(复发性骨巨细胞瘤5 例，骨折2例)，骨巨细胞瘤合并动脉瘤样骨囊肿1 例，骨母细胞瘤1 例；恶性肿瘤29 例，分别是成骨性骨肉瘤16 例，转移性肿瘤6例(骨折2例)，软骨肉瘤2 例，恶性纤维组织细胞瘤3例(骨折1例)，纤维肉瘤1 例，局灶性骨髓瘤1 例。

The other cancers with shorter follow up had three years overall and event free survival as follow: 75% and 62% for Medulloblastoma, 74% and 67% for Non-Hodgkin Lymphoma, 100% and 91% for extracranial Germ Cell Tumour, 30% and 20% for advanced neuroblastoma, 68% and 52% for Ewing's Sarcoma, 87% and 79% for Wilms' Tumour, 82% and 80% for Osteosarcoma, 56% and 45% for Rhabdomyosarcoma, and 60% and 50% for Hepatoblastoma respectively.

其他癌症经三年的短期随访，总存活率及无并发症存活率分别是：成神经管细胞瘤为 75%及 62%；非何杰金氏淋巴瘤为 74%及 67%；颅外的胚细胞瘤为 100%及 91%；已播散成神经细胞瘤为 30%及 20%；尤因氏肉瘤为 68%及 52%；威尔姆斯氏瘤为 87%及 79%；骨肉瘤为 82%及80%；横纹肌肉瘤为 56%及 45%；肝母细胞瘤为 60%及 50%。

But a few cases, compared with benign, such as muscle blastoma, chondroblastoma and osteoblastoma.

但少数情况则为良性，如肌母细胞瘤、软骨母细胞瘤和骨母细胞瘤。

Osteoblastoma is an uncommon bone tumor, characterized cytologically by an abundant presence of osteoblasts, and a highly vascular matrix with osteoid tissue and bone formation.

骨母细胞瘤为一较少见的骨肿瘤。细胞学上以有大量骨母细胞，富于血管的基质及骨样组织和骨形成为特点。

Results (1)Most neoplasms in fourth ventricle had characteristic MRI appearances,such as meningioma,medulloblastoma,epidermoid cyst.

结果 (1)不同的中颅窝肿瘤各具不同MR特征性表现，如三叉神经鞘瘤、脑膜瘤、骨母细胞瘤等。

Objective:To study the diagnostic and differential criteria for benign and malignant osteoblastoma.

Results :Osteoblastoma may present stori form and angiomalike changes besides the classical histological feature.

骨母细胞瘤除出现经典的组织学特征外，尚可出现车辐状排列及血管瘤样变化。

There were 22 malignant tumors including 11 osteosarcomas, 5 chondrosarcomas, 2 malignant fibrous histocytomas, and one each of malignant osteoblastoma, alveolar sarcoma, rhabdomyosarcoma, malignant giant cell tumor of bone. 28 benign tumors included 27 giant cell tumors of bone and 1 benign fibrous histocytoma.

肿瘤类型：恶性肿瘤22例，其中骨肉瘤11例，软骨肉瘤5例，恶性纤维组织细胞瘤2例，恶性骨母细胞瘤、腺泡状肉瘤、横纹肌肉瘤、骨巨细胞肉瘤各1例；良性肿瘤28例，其中骨巨细胞瘤27例，良性纤维组织细胞瘤1例。

Fas和c-myc蛋白胞浆内阳性，在骨肉瘤的高分化细胞(骨母细胞型和软骨细胞型瘤细胞)和骨化性纤维瘤、骨纤维结构不良、骨痂组织中骨母细胞呈强表达；而在低分化瘤细胞和纤维母细胞则呈弱表达。

结果：全部10例骨母细胞瘤病灶内部CT表现均为典型的斑点状或沙粒状骨化，10例中有8例位于附件骨，7例表现有周围不连续的硬化带，3例受累骨密度普遍增高，2例出现附近软组织肿胀影。
