At last,to compare differences of occurrence concerning all the imaging signs(cystic bone destructions, lucent area,"ground glass"-like density,calcification,sclerotic border,internal septation and shape abnormality of bone involved)between investigative group and control group by using Fisher Exact Test,The relative marked CT features of fibrous dysplasia at rare sites were summarized eventually.

利用Fisher确切概率法，对比囊状骨质破坏、低密度透亮区、磨玻璃样改变、骨化、边缘硬化、内部分隔、受累骨形态改变等征象在研究组、对照组出现的差异，总结研究组相对特征性CT表现。

Methods Based on thin layer CT mandible image data and the USIS software by ourselves, the individual geometry of the complete range of mandible was well established, also the distinction between the contour boundary of cortical and cancellous bones was done automatically. A series of new effective CAD methods such as "no-seed region segmentation", non-parallel "best cross-section planes" and the algorithm employed a pair of B-spline curves fitting were used to accurately construct of 3D geometry surface model of the complete range of mandible in a man-machine conversation and automatic style.

Mechanistically, the irradiation was found to alter the salient toughening mechanisms, manifest by the progressive elimination of the bone's capacity for plastic deformation which restricts the intrinsic toughening from the formation "plastic zones" around crack-like defects. Deep-ultraviolet Raman spectroscopy indicated that this behavior could be related to degradation in the collagen integrity.
