There were 36 males and 40 females,with the average age of 47.7 years.36 patients presented with sciatica and perineal numbness,11 patients had painless mass and the other 20 were identified due to other causes.Among 67 benign neurogenic tumors,54 were originated from S1-S3 nerves,3 from S4-S5 nerves and 11 from the presacral space without caudal involvement.Giant cell tumor was found in 60 patients,which included 24 males and 36 females,with an average age of 32 years.Upper sacrum（S1-S2） was involved firstly.There were 56 patients（average,37.7 years） diagnosed as other primary benign bone tumors,which included 24 cases of teratomas,epidermoid cyst or dermoid cyst.Other malignant tumors,including chondrosarcoma （17）,Ewing′s sarcoma/PNET（14）,multiple myeloma（12）,lymphoma（6） and osteosarcoma（6） were found in 64 patients.

其中脊索瘤95例，男62例，女33例，平均年龄55.7岁，骶尾区疼痛是主要症状（82例），半数以上患者伴有坐骨神经痛，肿瘤多先累及低位骶骨（S3~S5）；神经源性肿瘤76例，男36例，女40例，平均年龄47.7岁，神经纤维瘤43例，神经鞘瘤24例，恶性神经鞘瘤9例，主诉多为坐骨神经痛、会阴部麻木（36例）和无痛性包块（11例），20例患者为查体或其他原因检查时发现，67例骶骨良性神经源性肿瘤起源于S3以上神经者54例，起源于S3以下神经者3例，发生于骶前未累及骶管者10例；骨巨细胞瘤60例，男24例，女36例，平均年龄32岁，腰骶尾部不适（37例）、坐骨神经痛（21例）是主要的临床表现，肿瘤多先累及上位骶骨（S1~S2）；骶骨其他原发良性肿瘤及瘤样病变56例，包括畸胎瘤、皮样囊肿、表皮样囊肿共24例；其他原发恶性肿瘤64例，包括软骨肉瘤17例，尤文肉瘤14例，多发性骨髓瘤12例，成骨肉瘤6例等。

This study also showed that the effect of"kidney-tonifying"traditional Chinese medicines on strengthening bone may be related to their direct effect on osteoblast, and that the flavonoid compounds in Psoralea corylifolia L. might have activity of anti-osteoporosis.

The effect of bavachin and corylin, two active principles from Psoralea corylifolia L., on UMR106 cyclin E expression by Western blotting was examined. The result showed that the two flavonoid compounds had no significant effect on cyclin E expression after various exposure time.

对于中药补骨脂中分离的两个促成骨样细胞增殖的活性成分补骨脂二氢黄酮和补骨脂异黄酮，采用Western blotting的方法考察不同时间对UMR106细胞周期蛋白cyclin E的表达，结果它们对cyclinE的表达没有显著影响。

Methods Marrow cells from NH mouse were harvested and cultured in α-MEM with 10% fetal bovine serum.The appearance of tartrate-resistant acid phosphatase-staining multinuclear cells and formation of bone resorption pits were measured after 3,6,9 and 12 day exposure to various concentrations of 1,25-2D3 in culture. Results 1,25-2D3 (concentration higher than 10-9mol/L) could induce recruitment of OLCs and their bone resorption activity in a dose-dependent manner.

The pseudopodial movement could be inhibited by calcitonin (100 μg*L－1). Lacuna formation could be found in cocultured specimens. There were fibrils on the walls of lacunae. The MGCs demonstrated positive reaction with Gomori stain. Conclusion: The results demonstrated that MGCs had the same morphological features and the bone resorption ability as the osteoclasts.

结果：倒置相差显微镜下可见多核巨细胞胞核较多（20个以上），胞浆周边不规则，有伪足样突起；胞浆内可见较多大小不等的空泡；降钙素（100 μg*L－1）可抑制多核巨细胞的伪足样运动；多核巨细胞与灭活的骨片共同培养时可见骨吸收陷窝形成，扫描电镜下可见吸收陷窝底面有原纤维；Gomori染色时可见多核巨细胞的酸性磷酸酶呈阳性。

Ten cases which were first found showed regular oval shape, 4 of 5 recurred lesions appeared as irregular shape. On bone algorithm reconstruction of CT, 11 lesions revealed heterogenous "ground-glass like" mild hyperdensity or hyperdensity masses compared with brain tissue with cystic areas, stippled calfication was seen in 1 cases, the typical eggshell like bony capsule in 7 cases, 5 cases under it showed ring or arc hypodensity line.

CT表现：11例于骨窗上均呈密度不均匀的&磨玻璃&样略高密度或高密度肿块影，内部均可见大小不等的囊变区，1例伴点状更高密度钙化影，7例肿瘤周边可见特征性&蛋壳样&骨壳形成，其中5例于其内侧可见到环形或弧线形底密度影。

The positive rate on radiography was 68.0%(17/25),which was the same as that on radionuclide imaging,the patterns were osteoporosis,pathological fracture,osteolysis or two or two and above of these appearances, radiography detected more abnormalities than radionuclide imaging in identical sites(162 versus 144),but radionuclide imaging detected more lesions than radiography in ribs and sternums.

结果：①25例患者中，骨显像异常17例，阳性率68.0%，肋骨、脊柱最常受累，162处病灶表现为异常放射性聚集，其中，肋骨病灶呈串珠样，胸骨及椎体病变呈扁平状或线状，4处表现为异常放射性减低；②X线片阳性率68.0%（17/25例），与骨显像相同，主要表现为骨质疏松、病理性骨折、骨破坏或呈混合性改变，共同检测的部位中，X线片检出的病灶总数较骨显像多（162和144），但骨显像检出肋骨和胸骨病灶较X线片多。
