The results show that when the test portion weight of the proof gold and samples is reduced to 160.00~200.00mg, there has no influence on the result of gold content. Respectively using magnesium oxide and bone ash cupels, the result deviation of gold content in the samples is within the allowable deviation of the national standards. The result of gold content in samples is much more closed to the theoretical value by adding proper copper in the proof gold. The additive amount of silver (2.5 to 2.7 times equal to the weight of the proof gold) in the proof gold and samples has no influence on the result of gold content.

结果表明，当标准Au与样品的称样量降为160.00~200.00mg时不影响其含Au量的分析结果；分别使用镁砂灰皿和骨灰灰皿，样品含Au量的分析结果与理论含Au量的偏差均在国家标准的允差范围内；标准Au中加入适量的Cu后测得样品的含Au量更接近于其理论含Au量；标准Au与样品中Ag的加入量（2.5~2.7倍Au质量）对样品含Au量分析结果的影响不大。
