Abstract］ Objective To study the treating result of complex proximal humeral fractures using the techniques of open intracapsular reduction and intermal fixation with locking proximal humeral plate.

目的 研究采用有限切开复位技术和锁定肱骨近端接骨板（locking proximal humeral plate， LPHP）内固定治疗复杂性肱骨近端骨折的临床治疗效果。

The operative techniques of open intracapsular reduction and internal fixation with locking proximal humeral plate can enhance validity of reduction and stability of fixation,and alleviate the disturbance on vascular supply of the humeral head.

采用切开囊内复位技术和LPHP锁定肱骨近端接骨板内固定治疗肱骨近端骨折可减轻肱骨头血运影响，提高骨折复位的有效性和固定的稳定性。

Objective To introduce and evaluate the clinical application of Cervifix internal fixation system and allogeneic freeze drying,radiation sterilization bone sheet in craniocervical fusion surgery for occipitocervical instability patients.

目的 介绍Cervifix枕颈内固定系统及同种异体骨板在枕颈融合术中的应用并评价其疗效。

Objective To introduce and evaluate the clinical application of Cervifix internal fixation system and allogeneic freezedrying,radiation sterilization bone sheet in craniocervical fusion surgery for occipitocervical instability patients.

目的 介绍Cervifix枕颈内固定系统及同种异体骨板在枕颈融合术中的应用并评价其疗效。

Both Mini-plate and Kirschner internal fixation is good methods for the treatment of metacarpal and phalangeal fractures,which has its own advantages and disadvantages.Good therapeutic effects will be gained if we grasp indications and technique of the operation correctly.

微型接骨板和克氏针内固定均为治疗掌指骨骨折的有效方法，各有优缺点，只要注意适应证的正确掌握和规范操作就能扬长避短，取得良好的疗效。

Of the femoral fracture,there were 14 cases of fractures of shafts of femurs and 1 case of supracondylar fracture of femur;11 male, 4 female;7 left cases,8 right cases;1 case complicated with bending of bone plate and screw,6 cases with breakages of plate;1 case with bending of common intramedullary nail,2 cases with breakages of common intramedullary nails,1 case of screw and wire lock fixation complicated with pseudoarticulation formation,4 cases with nonunion of fracture.

方法］24例长骨骨折内固定手术失败应用有限切开交锁髓内钉治疗的长骨骨折翻修术病例中，股骨15例，其中股骨干骨折14例，股骨髁上骨折1例；男11例，女4例；左侧7例，右侧8例；接骨板螺丝钉折弯1例，断裂6例，普通髓内钉折弯1例，折断2例，螺钉并钢丝固定假关节形成1例，骨折不愈合4例。

实验选用健康成年新兰兔52只，4只作正常对照，48只在左侧完整胫骨中段前外侧用4孔不锈钢接骨板作内固定以诱发早期骨质疏松。

Observed by scanning electron microscope, the surface of the miniplate was smooth,there was no fissuaring and hole on it before implantation.One month later,the surface became rough.Three months later there were many gabs on it.

扫描电镜下可见表面裂纹加深，并出现深在的裂隙；植入后12个月时，大体观察见接骨板变成类似乳酪样的灰白物质，细腻、质软。

But the miniplate became even softer,still opaque and easy to break with some gabs on the surface six months later.The miniplate became into something like cheese,softer and exquisite twelve months later.

扫描电镜观察可见散在的比较表浅的小裂纹和凹槽；植入后6个月时，大体观察见接骨板表面已经变成白垩色，质硬，不透明，易折断，其上有裂纹。
