ABSTRACT:OBJECTIVETo study the correlation between anatomic structure of the inferior alveolar nerve canal and dental implantation by measuring mandible innervation esemplarsMETHODS The intramandibular course of mandibular canal and its dimendion were measured in 15 mandibles with teeth; the relationship between blood vessel and nerve was observed in 5 fresh samples in which the artery was filled; and then the data were analyzed by statisticsRESULTSThe mandibular canal was close to the lingual side and the inferior margin of the mandible, the mandibular canal and the 10mm underside of mandible were parallel in the region of the first and the second molars, it runned outboard to genal aperture when it was hereabout genal aperture, and the blood vessel lay above nerve in the mandibular canalCONCLUSIONIn implant operation performed according to normal anatomy, injury to inferior alveolar nerve may be avoided.

［目的］探讨下颌管的解剖结构与牙种植的关系［方法］选取15具牙列完整的成人离体下颌骨标本和5具经过动脉血管内灌注的新鲜标本，测量下颌骨在每个牙位截面上有关牙槽嵴及下颌管的相关数据，进行统计学分析［结果］牙槽嵴顶以及下方10mm宽度由前向后逐渐增宽；牙槽嵴由上向下逐渐增宽；下颌管位于下颌骨体内下方走行中偏舌侧，并近下颌骨下缘，在下颌第1，2磨牙区下颌管走行与下颌下缘成平行状，在近颏孔处转向外和向颊侧出颏孔；下颌管内血管位于下牙槽神经之上［结论］牙种植术中按正常解剖部位并且侧重颊侧骨板操作，可避免损伤下牙槽神经；如果术中下颌管内突然涌出大量新鲜血液，则提示若继续手术可能损伤下牙槽神经。

Interfixational with miniature steel plate is a good method in treating median and inferior condylicus fracture, It is stable and practicable. It can avoid intermaxillary elastic traction or reduce traction time, it is good for joint function and structure to recover.

微型接骨板内固定是治疗髁状突中低位骨折的良好方法，固定稳定可靠，可免除颌间牵引或缩短颌间牵引的时间，有利于关节结构和功能的恢复。

Intermaxillary fixation time is shorter in miniplates group than in other groups, meanwhile occluding relation is better in miniplates group than in stainless wires group and recovery of rumas height is better than in Kirschner wires group.

接骨板固定组术后颌间牵引时间明显短于其它两组，在咬合关系上优于不锈钢丝固定组，在升支高度的恢复上优于克氏针固定组。

Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of TiNi shape memory alloy plate and tension band wire in the treatment of olecranon fracture.

目的 评价TiNi形状记忆合金鹰嘴接骨板与张力带治疗尺骨鹰嘴骨折的的临床疗效。

Methods All of 50 cases of olecranon fracture were treated with TiNi shape memory alloy plate (group A,15 cases) and tension band wire(group B,35 cases).Results All cases were followed up for 624 months.

采用两种方法治疗尺骨鹰嘴骨折50例，其中TiNi形状记忆合金鹰嘴接骨板组15例，克氏针张力带组35例。

［Objective］To investigate the effect of minimally invasive treating proximal humeral fracture with PHILOS plate under acromial anterior lateral deltoid splitting approach.

［目的］探讨肩峰下前外侧经三角肌分离入路运用Philos接骨板微创治疗肱骨近端骨折的初步效果。

Conclusion］Philos plate for proxima humeral fracture using acromial anterior lateral deltoid splitting approach possesses such advantages as better individuation,less disturbance of the blood supply,stable fixation of the fracture.

Methods From Sep 1999 to Jan 2004, 81 cases of clavicular fracture were treated with opened reduction and internal fixation, of which 36 were fixed with pin ,30 cases were fixed with plate, and 15 were treated with memory alloy embracing plate.

自1999年9月至2004年1月以切开复位内固定的方法治疗锁骨骨折81例，其中30例为钢板内固定，36例为钢针内固定，15例为形状记忆合金环抱式接骨板内固定，术后随诊分析。
