The raw data was processed by using axial, coronal and double oblique multi-planar reformation; Images obtained were graded in terms of quality with a 5-point scale(5=excellent, 4=good, 3=fair, 2=poor, and 1=nondiagnostic). In grading image quality at axial MPR, The radiologic specialists focused on the subarcuate fossa, tendon of tensor tympani, facial recess, vestibular aqueduct and pyramidal eminence, In grading image quality at coronal MPR, attention was given to the scute, crista transversa, fenestra cochleae, lateral malleal ligament and snake eyes signature of cranial nerve, In the grading of the image quality at double oblique MPR, the radiologic specialists concentrated on the malleus, incus, stirrup bone, upper bony semicircular and aquaeductus fallopii, and then to implement statistical analysis. In order to choose the minimum tube current values and the maximum pitch that can satisfy the diagnosis request, image quality of axial, coronal and double oblique reformation images was compared with different tube current groups. 15 ears of volunteers were used to test the validity with the scanning parameter. Subsequently noise, MTF and dose length product were measured by phantoms in different tube current and pitch, the parameters obtained were compared and taken into statistics analysis.

扫描模式使用临床常用的颞骨螺旋扫描方式：管电压120 kV，准直宽度20×0.6 mm，视野200 mm，重建矩阵512×512，旋转时间1 s/r，重建层厚0.6 mm，重建间隔0.3 mm，分别改变管电流(380、300、200、160、120和80 mA)和螺距(0.8、1.0和1.2)进行扫描和重建，然后对颞骨进行横断面、冠状面和双斜面多平面重组，于重组后的横断层面图像上选取弓形下窝、鼓膜张肌腱、面神经隐窝、前庭导水管和锥隆起5个解剖结构，冠状面重组图像上选取盾板、横嵴、蜗窗、面神经的蛇眼征和锤骨外侧韧带5个解剖结构，双斜面重组图像上选取锤骨、砧骨、镫骨、上骨半规管和面神经管5个解剖结构，在双盲的情况下由放射学专家分别对各管电流和螺距下扫描的重组图像进行评分，随后进行统计学处理，从中筛选出满足诊断要求的最低管电流值和最大的螺距，分别采用患者25例(15耳)用该管电流值和螺距验证其可行性；然后利用模体分别测试各管电流和螺距下的图像的空间分辨率、噪声及其剂量长度积，并对测试所得参数数值进行比较和统计学处理。

The patients were recalled 6 months to 5years post operation. 8 cases healed with well face form,could masticate pap after denture restoration,without incision dehiscence or titaniumplate exposure. X -ray photographs showed no absorption of the transplanted bone, no image of lowdensity between titani-um plate and transplanted bone.

结果：钛板携带种植体植入下颌骨后切口一期愈合，6个月至5年随访，8例面部形态恢复良好，安装基台行义齿修复后可咀嚼软食，未见伤口裂开和钛板外露，X线拍片见种植体周围的植骨生存良好，植骨与种植体之间无低密度影

Results (1) Osteitis and destruction of end-plate showed long T1 and long T2.(2) Anterior and lateral abscess had long T1 and long T2 presenting even and structure-less signal.(3) The intervertebral discs showed normal or only degeneration at the early stage, and destroyed at later stage.(4) With Gd-DTPA enhancement, fibrotic granulation around abscess and destroyed area was well demonstrated.(5) Abscess in the bone and/or paraspinal abscess, destruction of end-plate were the important evidence for early diagnosis.

结果 (1)椎体骨炎及终板破坏呈长T1长T2信号，(2)椎旁或椎前冷脓肿呈长T1长T2均匀无结构信号，且上下跨越范围较大，(3)早期椎间盘信号正常或只出现退变，晚期则被破坏，(4)Gd-DTPA增强扫描可清楚显示冷脓肿周围纤维肉芽组织及椎管内侵犯，(5)骨内小脓肿和/或椎旁脓肿、椎体终板破坏是MRI诊断早期脊柱结核的重要依据。

More thicker epiphyseal plate were found in the left femurs than the right femurs of the group fixed with plates at 3 and 6 month after operation. In the group fixed with plates, Safranine O staining showed epiphyseal plates ot the left femurs had more fuscous staining than the right femurs at 3 and 6 month after operation. Electron microscopy also found that the cells of the epiphyseal plates of left femurs were more eugenic than the right femurs in the group fixed with plates at 3 and 6 month after operation.

光镜学实验结果示滑动钢板固定的左侧股骨骨骺板总厚度及肥大细胞计数均明显大于普通组；组织化学观察示滑动钢板固定的左侧股骨骺板于术后3个月及6个月Safranine O组织化学染色明显深于普通组；电镜观察示滑动钢板固定的左侧股骨骨骺于术后3个月及6个月软骨增殖区软骨细胞分裂及生长较普通钢板固定的右侧活跃。

METHODS: A total of 200 volunteers who need to receive spinal fusion in the Affiliated Hospital of Qingdao University Medical College were selected, including 102 cases received anterior cervical subcorpectomy combined with iliac bone implantation fusion following decompression, and 98 cases received posterior laminectomy for decompression combined with intertransverse process fusion. Meantime, 223 normal adults were served as the control group.

Results There was moderate or strong negative correlation among the indexes of the degeneration of intervertebral disc including the relative area of vascular bud, the ratio of the uncalcified and the calcified layer, the quantitation of collagen type Ⅱand the indexes of osteoporosis including the thickness ratio of cortical bone, the relative area of bone trabecula, the density of femoral bone and vertebral body bone, the max stress and straining of bone.

结果 骨质疏松相关指标骨皮质厚度指数、骨小梁相对面积、股骨密度、椎体骨密度与椎间盘退变指标终板血管芽相对面积、非钙化/钙化层比值、Ⅱ型胶原定量之间存在中度到强度的负相关，而与Ⅹ型胶原表达存在中度到强度的正相关，其中椎体骨密度与软骨终板的Ⅹ型胶原相关性最强。

结果 CPC植入后4周有新生软骨形成及未成熟的骨组织，可见大量的软骨细胞、成骨细胞、胶原组织及较多的小血管。8～16周新骨继续生成，人工骨逐渐改建为成熟的板层骨、骨小梁和髓腔结构。
