骨板

Results: MR examination of bone contusion were mostly less than two weeks, but a few patients were longer than one year: STIR, TIWI were more sensitive lesion detection series in hone contusion (100% and 95.7%). Bone contusion mostly occur at knee, and lesions mainly distributed in the margin area of articular (69.8%), in superior portion of vertebral body(74.l%). Bone contusion following-up showed a line-like hyperostosis and osteosclerosis in contusion area. Histological manifestations of bone contusion were local trabecular micro fractures, edema, hemorrhage and injury of fat tissue.

结果：1多数骨挫伤MRI检查在两周内完成，少数病人时间超过1年；2检出骨挫伤敏感的MRI序列为STIR及T1W/I（100%及95.7%）；3膝关节是骨挫伤的好发部位，病灶主要分布于骨边缘区(69.8%)，在脊柱主要分布于椎体上缘终板下(74.1%)；4骨挫伤影像随访提小病变区出现线状骨质修复，骨髓水肿吸收；5骨挫伤病理为骨小梁显微骨折，骨髓水肿、出血和脂肪损伤。

Cases with bone graft fusion were Resected lateral part of lesion vertebral lamina and process;2 cases were treated with contralateral interanticular process and vertebral lamina bone graft fusion; 2 cases with intravertebral fusion were treated by laminectomy and arthrectomy of one side by posterior route and USS implantating; Others cases were routine internal fixation.

行植骨融合术2 例，切除患侧椎板外半和椎间相应关节突；行对侧椎板关节突间植骨融合2例，行后路半椎板和一侧小关节切除USS 植入，椎间融合2例，余采用常规手术内固定。

Among them, 30 patients were in the iliac grafting group, and 40 patients were in the plate-screw fixation group (Codman in 11 cases, Orion in 17 cases and Caspar in 12 cases).

Within 6 months, all 40 patients with cervical plates had fusions, and the cervical lordotic alignment was increased (2.51±6.75), and without plates and bolt loose or break. Of the 30 patients without plates the cervical lordotic alignment were decreased (1.33±3.43)(P.01), 2 patients had not fusions within 6 months (the fusion rate was 93.3%).

植骨融合率和颈椎生理曲度：植骨加钛板内固定组术后6个月内植骨融合率100%，颈椎生理曲度维持良好，较术前增加(2.51±6.75)°，无钢板和螺钉松动或断裂；单纯植骨组术后6个月内植骨融合率93.3%，颈椎生理曲度较术前减少(1.33±343)°，两组比较差异有显著比(P.01)， 2例术后3个月假关节形成。

Methods Fifty healthy SD rats were fed for twentytwo months in order to build the model of aging rats, the histology of femoral bone, tibial bone and lumbal vertebra was used to observe, then we evaluated the indexes which reflect the degeneration of intervertebral disc including the quantity of collagen type Ⅱ,Ⅹ of intervertebral disc by the immunohistochemistry methods, the relative area of vascular bud, the thickness of calcified layer and uncalcified layer on cartilage endplate and the indexes which reflect the osteoporosis including the thickness ratio of cortical bone, the relative area of bone trabecula, the bone density, the max stress and straining of bone.

50只健康纯种SD大鼠，喂养22个月，建立老龄大鼠模型，进行股骨、胫骨、腰椎等组织学观察，并评价椎间盘退变的相关指标(椎间盘软骨Ⅱ型和Ⅹ型胶原表达、软骨终板血管芽相对面积、软骨终板钙化层/非钙化层厚度)与骨质疏松的相关指标(骨皮质厚度指数、骨小梁相对面积、骨密度、骨最大应力和应变)的相关性。
