经对本组病例疗效观察认为：在踝关节损伤的处理中，外踝骨折的解剖复位和牢固定位是治疗的关键；不稳定型腓骨中下段骨折的畸形愈合将影响踝关节功能的恢复，对其骨折应同样正确复位与固定；局部外敷散瘀止痛药膏利于患部早期消肿去痛，促进骨折端的愈合。

Methods:34 cases of tibiofibular fracture complicated with soft-tissue failure were treated with three-dimensional external fixator.

应用三维外固定器治疗开放性骨折、多段骨折、近关节部位骨折等复杂的胫腓骨折共34例。

The present points of view is that tibiofibular comminuted fracture is a kind of smash fracture,that is valuable for restoring its tubular structures.

目前认为该类骨折在复杂骨折范畴内属于一种坍塌骨折，这对治疗管状骨复杂骨折恢复管状结构很有价值。

Objective:to investigate the treatment outcome of ao/asif clavicular hook plate in the treatment of acromioclavicular joint dislocation (tossy grade ⅲ)and unstable lateral clavicular fractures (neer type 2).methods: from february 2004 to march 2007,23 patients with unstable lateral clavicular fractures (neer type 2),2 patients with no-union lateral clavicular fractures and 5 patients with acromioclavicular joint dislocation (tossy grade ⅲ) were treated with acromioclavicular hook plate.

目的：探讨ao/asif锁骨钩钢板治疗锁骨骨折和肩锁关节脱位的疗效。方法：对2004年2月～2007年3月我科收治的30例得到完整随访资料的锁骨骨折和肩锁关节脱位的患者进行回顾性分析，其中，应用锁骨钩钢板治疗的新鲜锁骨外端不稳定骨折23例，陈旧性锁骨外端骨折骨不连患者2例，tossy grade ⅲ度肩锁关节脱位5例。

结果在146例中，PFM骨折伴移位成角134例，其中左侧PFM骨折(82例)多于右侧(49例)，复合骨折多于单纯骨折。

The main pathological changes of complicated fracture of proximal humerus of the elderly people are osteoporosis and bone defect of fracture site,bone graft pedestaling in cavitas medullaris and internal fixation can recover or reconstruct the normal anatomy of proximal humerus,also make for bone union and function recovery of shoulderjoint,which is an effective approach for treatment of complicated fracture of proximal humerus for the elderly people.

老年人肱骨近端复杂骨折，其主要病理变化是骨质疏松和骨折部位骨缺损，髓内支撑植骨内固定能够恢复或重建肱骨近端正常解剖关系，有利于骨折愈合和肩关节功能恢复，是老年肱骨近端复杂骨折有效治疗方法。

FPM were classified into 3 degrees and corresponding treatments were offered on the basis of (1)The biomechanics mechanism of FPM,(2)The transposing characterization of FPM,(3)The degree that fractures injuried articular surface,(4)If surrounding tissues were injuried and the stable state of mortise.

依据(1)后踝骨折的生物力学机制；(2)后踝骨折移位的特点；(3)骨折波及关节面的损伤程度；(4)是否合并周围组织损伤及踝穴的稳定状况，将后踝骨折分为Ⅲ度，得出了与之相应的治疗方案。

Results All fracture were cicatrized in intramedullary self locking nail group,no radial nerve damnification.1 case appeared fracture cicatrizeless in plate group,fracture cicatrized with intramedullary self locking nail in other hospital.1 case appeared fixture break,2 cases appeared radial nerve damnification after operation,1 case after got out fixture operation.

结果 髓内钉组骨折均获愈合，无内固定折断及再骨折，术后未出现桡神经损伤症状，出现肩部疼痛1例。钢板组1例出现骨折不愈合，于外院行髓内钉固定后愈合，内固定折断及再骨折1例，术后出现桡神经损伤症状2例，取钢板术后出现该症状1例。

结果 髓内钉组骨折均获愈合，无内固定折断及再骨折，术后未出现桡神经损伤症状，出现肩部疼痛1例。钢板组1例出现骨折不愈合，于外院行髓内钉固定后愈合，内固定折断及再骨折1例，术后出现桡神经损伤症状2例，取钢板术后出现该症状1例。
