In SMC group, relative stable of the both ends of fracture reduce unnessary repeated stimulation of injury, and at same time, axio-stress advantageous for preosteoblast and mesenchymal cell transmit to osteoblast and chondroblast. Material and design superiority of SMC form unique internal mechanical environment, and which benefit for bone healing. The study took deep investigation of SMC on fracture healing.

上述结果证实：SMC内固定可对骨折端施加主动的、持续的轴向应力刺激，形成沿长骨骨干轴向的成骨导向力值，配合环抱翼的把持作用，形成了区别于CP、IN的独特的稳定、有效的机械内环境，骨折端的相对稳定减少了不必要的损伤再刺激，同时持续轴向应力有利于成骨祖细胞、间充质细胞向成骨细胞和成软骨细胞转化、促进了成骨诱导过程的发生与发展，加快了骨折愈合的修复与重建。

Results After operation,24 cases of femur and 13 cases of clavicular were followed up for more than 1 year,2 cases of femur and 2 cases of clavicular for half a year to 1 year.

结果本组病例随访1年以上股骨骨折24例，锁骨骨折13例，半年以上锁骨和股骨骨折各2例。

Methods: 37 patients with distal clavicle fracture were treated with three different methods, 1 fixation by AO plate (20 cases), and 2 reconstructed coracoclavicular ligament by using Ethibond 5# suture (8 cases), 3 reconstructed coracoclavicular ligament by using suture anchor (9cases a).

对37例锁骨远端骨折患者分别采用锁骨钩钢板固定；切开复位并用ETHIBOND 5#线穿过喙突固定于锁骨骨折近端以重建喙锁韧带；切开复位后在喙突上置入2枚缝合锚，锚尾端的缝线固定于锁骨骨折近端以重建喙锁韧带三种不同手术方法进行治疗。

Methods A coronoid incision plus oral incision or facial small incision were used and plastic surgery or mini splint fixation were applied in fixation or reposition for 18 patients with multiple fractures or multiple old fractures of facial bone.

方法对 18例面骨多处骨折或多发、陈旧性骨折的病人采用冠状切口加口内切口、面部小切口加口内切口相结合的术式及正颌外科、微小夹板固定技术，进行再骨折复位或截骨复位、固定。

METHODS: From June 2007 to March 2009, 8 patients with terrible triad of the elbow were treated. The fracture of the radial head was classified according to the system of Mason, with typeⅠ in 1 patients, type Ⅱ in 6 and type Ⅲ in 1; fracture of the coronoid process was classified according to the system of Regan and Morrey, with type Ⅰin 2 patients, type Ⅱ in 5, and type Ⅲ in 1. The hollow lag screws and Herbert screws were used to fixe coronoid process and radial head fractures, and repair Annular ligament. Lateral collateral ligament was repaired in 1 case. All injured extremities were treated with a posterior plaster splint with the elbow joint held in 90° of flexion and the forearm in neutral rotation for 2-3 weeks followed by elbow rehabilitation training.

于2007-06/2009-03共收治肘关节恐怖三联征患者8例，其中尺骨冠突骨折按 Regan-Morrey法分类：Ⅰ型2例，Ⅱ型5例，Ⅲ型1例；桡骨头骨折按Mason法分类：Ⅰ型1例，Ⅱ型6例，Ⅲ型1例。8例患者均采取了内固定治疗，采用中空拉力螺钉或Herbert螺钉固定冠突和桡骨头骨折，修补环状韧带，1例缝合修复肘外侧副韧带，术后屈肘90°旋前中立位，以塑形良好的高分子管型石膏固定两三周后开始屈伸和旋转康复训练。

The load-displacement plot was measured and analyzed at elbow flexion of 90, 60, and 45° and under four conditions (intact elbow, type-I coronoid process fracture, type-I coronoid process fracture with AMCL deficient, and type-II coronoid process fractures with AMCL deficient).

N单轴压缩实验，分别在屈肘 90、60 和 45°测量标本在下列情况下的负荷-位移曲线：①完整肘关节；②Ⅰ型冠突骨折后肘关节；③Ⅰ型冠突骨折合并 AMCL 损伤后肘关节；④Ⅱ型冠突骨折合并 AMCL 损伤后的肘关节。？

Results:Fractures in body,angle and ascending branch of mandible could be showed fine by all these imaging methods. 3D-CT was better than 2D-CT and conventional X-ray plain film in diagnosis of fractures in condyle and coronoid process. Conventional X-ray plain film was poor in diagnosis of the maxillary fractures.2D-CT and 3D-CT were similar in diagnosis of the maxillary fractures.3D-CT showed the jaws fractures directly and stereoscopicly.

结果：对于下颌骨体部、角部和升支骨折，三种影像学都能很好的显示，对于髁状突和喙突骨折，三维CT检查优于常规X线和二维CT；常规X线显示上颌骨骨折较差，而二维CT和三维CT显示的准确性比较接近。
