Objective To develop an OA kneepad and explore its mechanism and efficacy on the prevention and treatment of osteoarthritis of the knee through observing the effects of OA kneepad on cytokines, matrix-dissolution, hyaluronic acid, oxygen free radical metabolism, articular cartilage micro-structural changes, cell proliferation and apoptosis.

目的 研制OA护膝，并通过观察OA护膝对骨性关节炎细胞因子、基质溶解素、透明质酸、氧自由基代谢、关节软骨宏微观结构变化和细胞增殖、凋亡的影响，探讨其防治膝骨性关节炎的机制及疗效。

The recently published articles about the pathogenesis of osteoarthritis were reviewed.Osteoarthritis is characterized by cartilage degradation, osteophyte and involvement of the synovium.

［目的］探讨Wnt／β-catenin信号通路在骨性关节炎发病过程中的重要作用［方法］广泛查阅近年来有关骨性关节炎发病机制的国内外文献，并进行总结和分析。

(1)The threatments with the lateral-wedged insoles were valued for the unserious varus deformity osteoarthritis.(2) Because the symptoms and signs weren't completely recoveried, the lateral-wedged insole were combined with the other treatments.(3)The femoral-tibial angle didn't decrease between before and after treatment.

(1)足底外侧楔形垫是治疗膝骨性关节炎合并膝内翻的有效方法；(2)治疗组中患膝疼痛及体征大部分未完全缓解，最好是与药物或其它有效的治疗方法结合应用；(3)运用足底外侧楔形垫是治疗膝骨性关节炎合并膝内翻，治疗前后胫骨角未见明显变化。

Osteoarthritis of the facet joints is similar to that of all diarthrodial joints, which displayed many changes such as cartilaginous surface defects, subchondral bone sclerosis, osteophyte formation, narrow capsule, apophyseal misalignment, and synovial hyperplasia.

腰小关节骨性关节炎同其他关节的骨性关节炎一样，表现为软骨面的病损，软骨下骨的硬化及骨赘形成，关节腔狭窄，关节囊增厚及滑膜增生等改变。

Mallory trichrism staining exhibited light blue samples. Eight weeks following repair, CT showed round blunt defect edges in the coronal position, which had bony pustute connection with gel materials. Density at the defect region significantly increased. 3D reconstruction suggested that defects became small. After hematoxylin-eosin staining, abundant fibrous connective tissue appeared in defect regions, with bony tissues. Mallory trichrism staining revealed that maroon mature bone tissues were found, surrounded by light blue chondroid tissues. Twelve weeks following repair, coronal defect regions were filled with callus. 3D reconstruction showed that defects were repaired. Defect region and surrounding bony tissues had bony connection, with thick bone trabecula and mature Haversian system.

修复后8周，冠状位CT显示缺损边缘圆钝，与凝胶材料有骨性突起连接，缺损处密度增高明显，三维重建显示缺损范围较之前有所减小；标本苏木精－伊红染色后缺损部可见大量含血管成分的纤维结缔组织，有骨样组织结构形成，Mallory三色染色显示有褐红色成熟骨组织形成，其旁边有淡蓝色软骨样组织修复后12周，冠状位CT显示缺损区基本被骨痂填满，三维重建示缺损基本修复；缺损区域和周围骨组织形成骨性结合，骨小梁粗大，哈弗氏系统成熟。

Amongst 23 diastematomyel ia in 20 patients, there were 18 osseous, 2 cartilaginous, 1 fibrous and 2 mixed types. With the exception of one case with fibrose septum, all th e CT findings were in keeping with the operative findings.

This method can help us to understand the cranio-maxillo-facial structure compensatory mechanism of the skeletal classⅢocclusion and mandibular retrusion patients, which can provide reference for diagnosis, project and orthodontic treatment.

同时，传统头影测量方法与Delaire头影测量分析法对骨性Ⅲ类与青少年下颌后缩畸形行测量，发现Delaire头影测量分析法更直观、定量，利于明确骨性Ⅲ类错牙合与青少年下颌后缩畸形颅面骨骼结构补偿机制，更易辅助正畸诊断、设计，也为相应的临床治疗方法改良提供依据。

Compared with standard images,bony images showed bony thorax more clearly,especially the ribs overlapped by heart and the subphrenic structures,and soft tissue images showed lung lesions more clearly.
