骨干

From May 2005 to July 2006, I had a share in the compiling of the Course of Educational Technology Training (thereinafter, the Training Course for short), and participated in the training for national master teachers and master teachers from Jiangsu Province. Also, abundant data were collected in this process.

2005年3月到2006年7月，笔者参与了《教育技术培训教程》的编写，并参加了《培训教程》国家级骨干教师培训和江苏省省级骨干教师培训，在此过程中，收集到详细的资料。

Results Total 6 knee joint and 2 ankle of 8 patients ,18 bone infarctions were found, 5 were located in the distal femur,5 in the proximal tibia,3 in the femoral shaft,1 in the tibial shaft,2 in the distal end of tibia and 2 in the trochlea tali,no fibula involvement.

结果： 8例患者6个膝关节，2个踝关节，共18处病灶：股骨远端5处，胫骨近端5处，股骨干3处，胫骨干1处，胫骨远端2处，距骨滑车2处，腓骨未见受累。

Abstract］ objective to improve the diagnosis of non-ossifying fiboma by analysing its x-ray feature.methods plain x-ray films was performed in all patients.x-ray finding in 8 cases with pathologically-confirmed non-ossifying were analyzed.results the clinical symptom was mild,the lesions occurred usually at the metaphysis of the long bones,the affected bones included femur（n=4）,tibia（n=3）,humerus（n=1）.cortical type was seen in 5 cases,presenting as unilocular or multilacular transparent areas with in the cortex or tightly beneath the cortex,the lesion had a sclerotic margin.which was more obvious at the marrow side.medullary type was seen in 2 cases.the lesion was located at the center of the bone and grew centrally.the tumor was manifested as unilocular or multilocular.tramsparent area with sclerotic border and the bone cortex became thinner with slightly expanding on 11 sides.conclusion plain radiography is the elementally means to detect this disease.based on the typical x-ray signs of non-ossifying fibroma combined with clinical data,correct preoperative diagnosis can be made in most cases.

目的 探讨非骨化性纤维瘤的x线表现以提高诊断水平。方法所有病例均摄有x线平片，分析经病理证实的8例非骨化性纤维瘤。结果临床症状轻，好发于下肢长骨干骺端或骨干，股骨4例，胫骨3例，肱骨1例。皮质型5例，表现为皮质内或紧贴皮质下的单层或多层透亮区，病变向骨内发展进入髓腔，周围有致密硬化带环绕，以髓腔侧明显；髓质型2例，病灶在骨内中央发展，显示为单房或多房透亮区，边缘有硬化，骨皮质菲薄，轻微向周围膨隆。结论 x线为最基本的检查方法，典型病例x线平片结合临床症状即可明确诊断。

To achieve this great vitalization, teachers of 21st century shoulder an important task.. At the turning of last century, the Ministry of National Education and the Chief Bureau of National Physical Education praised advanced individuals who had made contributions in the field of hygiene and physical education at schools in the past two decades, and selected 495 outstanding workers all over the country. In 2000, the Ministry of National Education chose 320 outstanding PE teachers at the primary and secondary schools as the national skeleton teachers to attend the National Training Program for the Teachers at Primary and Secondary Schools.

要实现中华民族的伟大复兴，21世纪的教师重任在肩，责无旁贷。1999年，国家教育部和国家体育总局对20年来在学校体育卫生工作领域中做出突出贡献的先进个人进行了表彰，在全国范围内评选出495名"全国学校体育卫生工作先进个人"。2000年，国家教育部又在全国中小学体育教师中选拔出320名优秀体育教师作为国家级骨干教师参加"跨世纪园丁工程中小学骨干教师国家级培训"。

Methods This type of plate was applied to 10 cases of tibiofibular fracture and 6 cases of tibial shaft fracture for extraperiosteal fixation.

方法胫腓骨骨干双骨折10例，胫骨骨干骨折6例，不作骨膜切开及剥离，采用该钢板骨膜外固定骨折。

Haversion system was clearly observed and matured bone tissues filled the ceramic pores and interconnected with each other. All the result suggested that, taking advantage of"living organic culturing medium"in vivo, culturing composite that consisted of autogenous periostea and biomaterials should be an effective approach to obtain satisfactory bioactive bone substitutes which have the potential to repair load-bearing bone defects clinically.

上述研究表明，1、双相多孔TCP/HA陶瓷是一种优良的骨组织工程支架材料，进一步优化其骨诱导作用后，有可能直接用于再生和重建负重骨干的缺损；2、在目前情况下，以双相多孔TCP/HA陶瓷为支架，通过体内非骨位置培养骨组织细胞形成活体骨修复器件，有可能用于负重骨干缺损的再生和重建。
