Results: 1. A collarless press fit canine femoral stem of CFRPSF composite (elastic modulus was 40 GPa, containing carbon fiber 30%) using HA (50%) and PSF (50%) composite for surface coating was made. Directions of carbon fiber in the stem were similar to the arrangement of trabeculae of proximal femur.

实验结果：1。用弹性模量为40GPa，碳纤维含量为30％的聚砜复合材料，制造出纤维排列方向模拟股骨上段骨小梁走行，表面涂层为羟基磷灰石50％/聚砜50％混合物的压配型狗人工髋关节股骨柄假体。2。

Results: MR examination of bone contusion were mostly less than two weeks, but a few patients were longer than one year: STIR, TIWI were more sensitive lesion detection series in hone contusion (100% and 95.7%). Bone contusion mostly occur at knee, and lesions mainly distributed in the margin area of articular (69.8%), in superior portion of vertebral body(74.l%). Bone contusion following-up showed a line-like hyperostosis and osteosclerosis in contusion area. Histological manifestations of bone contusion were local trabecular micro fractures, edema, hemorrhage and injury of fat tissue.

结果：1多数骨挫伤MRI检查在两周内完成，少数病人时间超过1年；2检出骨挫伤敏感的MRI序列为STIR及T1W/I（100%及95.7%）；3膝关节是骨挫伤的好发部位，病灶主要分布于骨边缘区(69.8%)，在脊柱主要分布于椎体上缘终板下(74.1%)；4骨挫伤影像随访提小病变区出现线状骨质修复，骨髓水肿吸收；5骨挫伤病理为骨小梁显微骨折，骨髓水肿、出血和脂肪损伤。

After one year of low-calcium diet, the BMD of lumbar spine was measured again to ensure the eatablishment of osteoporosis animal model. According to the ladin square design, 20mg bBMP/fibrin sealant, 20mg bBMP and FS were injected into L4、L5、L6 vertebra respectively.

术后3个月时，①采用组织病理学对骨小梁结构进行组织病理学观察；②采用DEXA对腰椎椎体骨质的整体骨密度进行测量；③采用MicroCT对骨小梁微观三维结构进行分析；④采用生物力学实验评估椎体骨质的结构力学强度。

Results: No fiber layer and inflammatory tissues around any inserted implants were founded. New-grown osteoid tissue appeared faster in Bio-Ti implants than pure titanium and matured bone tissues comprise bone trabecula and Haversian canals appeared in 6 weeks, while at least 12 weeks needed to form matured bone tissue in control groups.

结果：所有种植体周围没有发现明显炎症组织或形成纤维层，Bio-Ti种植体组新生类骨组织生长较快，并于6w时已形成含有骨小梁及哈弗氏小管结构的较成熟骨组织，对照组12w时新生骨组织基本成熟。

Months later, BMD in Sham and OVX-2 were (1.22±0.07)g/cm2 and (0.86±0.09)g/cm2. BMD in OVX-2 decreased by 29.5% compared with that in Sham group. Histomorphologically, trabecular bone decreased significantly in OVX-2 group compared with that in control groups.

组织学切片观察发现，去势12个月后，绵羊椎体松质骨骨小梁明显稀疏，局部存在骨小梁骨折及骨缺损，而对照组骨小梁结构完整，呈圆形或椭圆形拱形结构。

The focus in long bone appears patchy geographic type, the courser of its long axis was coherent with the stress bone trabecula; the focus in vertebral bodies show laterigrade band-like which was distributed in the middle of the vertebral bodies or near the termibal lamella and plumbed with stress bone trabecula of the vertebral bodies.

在长骨灶病呈长斑片地图样，其长轴大体与应力骨小梁走行相一致；在脊柱椎体病灶表现为分布于椎体中央或近终板区的呈横形小片条带状，与椎体应力骨小梁排列垂直。

Results There was moderate or strong negative correlation among the indexes of the degeneration of intervertebral disc including the relative area of vascular bud, the ratio of the uncalcified and the calcified layer, the quantitation of collagen type Ⅱand the indexes of osteoporosis including the thickness ratio of cortical bone, the relative area of bone trabecula, the density of femoral bone and vertebral body bone, the max stress and straining of bone.

结果 骨质疏松相关指标骨皮质厚度指数、骨小梁相对面积、股骨密度、椎体骨密度与椎间盘退变指标终板血管芽相对面积、非钙化/钙化层比值、Ⅱ型胶原定量之间存在中度到强度的负相关，而与Ⅹ型胶原表达存在中度到强度的正相关，其中椎体骨密度与软骨终板的Ⅹ型胶原相关性最强。

Results:When wide-diameter implant or two-implant were used to replace single mandibular molar, the stress of implant-bone interface was much lower than that of standard-diameter implant restoration. Comparison between wide-diameter implant and two-implant replacement showed that the former created lower stress. The difference was more obvious under oblique loads.

结果：与单个标准直径种植体修复相比，采用单个大直径种植体或双种植体修复单个缺失下颌磨牙均可使种植体-骨界面应力值大大降低；而采用单个大直径种植体修复单个缺失磨牙时骨界面应力值相对较小，以斜向加载时更为明显。
