The results show that: the input of the internal fixation implant should be in accordance with the compressive trabeculae and be clingy with the femoral calcar; the stress distribution of the femur under external violence explained why the old people are easy to get the middle and low part fractures of the femoral neck and intertrochanteric fractures.

分析结果表明：股骨颈处的压力骨小梁和股骨距是重要的承载结构，临床医学治疗股骨颈骨折时，内固定物的放置应循压力骨小梁方向并尽量紧贴股骨距钻入；暴力作用时股骨上端的应力分布特点从生物力学的角度说明了老年人易于发生股骨颈中下段骨折和转子间骨折的原因。

目的 研究重组人生长激素对卵巢切除后已发生明显骨丢失大鼠松质骨的影响。

As one of the important medicated factor of osteoclast activity, PTHrP can induce the differentiation and mature of osteoclast and play an important role during the genesis and development of osteolytic bone metastasis of breast cancer.

PTHrP作为重要的破骨细胞活性介导因子之一，诱导破骨细胞分化和成熟，在乳腺癌溶骨性骨转移的发生、发展中起着重要作用。

内容提要对19例上颌骨骨异常增殖症患者行手术切除和骨创面冷冻治疗，17例术后颜面畸形矫正满意，随访2～10年无复发，2例分别在术后6个月及1年复发，再次手术治愈，无1例发生骨髓炎。

One patient had pathological bone fracture 2 months postoperatively, the other three patients were well-cured without tumor recurrence and gained satisfied cosmetic appearance during 6 months to 3 years of follow-up. The X-ray films showed that the frozen bone was substituted by new hone formation.

结果：4例患者术后10~14d时，创口均一期愈合，除1例于术后2个月发生病理性骨折外，其余3例经6个月～3a随访，骨块愈合良好，无肿瘤复发，颅颌面外形满意。X线片示死骨被吸收，代之以新骨形成。

Results The causes of deformity in bone and joint of replanted fingers included:incorrect internal fixation,improper disposal with bone and joint stump,adhesion of tendon,contraction of scar,influence of injury mechanism,epiphysis injury of children,etc.

结果 再植指晚期骨与关节畸形的发生原因包括：内固定使用不当、骨与关节处理欠妥、肌腱粘连或修复不牢固、瘢痕挛缩、受伤机制的影响和小儿骨骺损伤等。
