Kanzawa pointed, the abdominal vertebra BMD of PTH gene individuals in BB genetype is obviously higher than those of Bb and bb genetype,so he considered that the BstBI polymorphism of PTH gene has dependability with BMD while the DraⅡpolymorphism of PTH gene has no dependablity with BMD.3 The polymorphism of estrogen receptor gene and postmenopausal osteoporosisPMOP is a metabolic bone disease existing in post-menopause femmes, as a result of these femmes\' hypofunction of ovary,ESG level drawdown and the disequilibrium of bone couple procedure,the bone resorption of osteoclast exceeds the bone formation of osteoblastic,osteopenia and bone fragility accrescence have developed,then induces fracture and so on.

Kanzawa等研究发现，BB型PTH基因人的腰椎BMD较Bb、bb型显著为高，认为PTH基因BstBⅠ多态性与BMD有相关性；但PTH基因DraⅡ多态性则与BMD无相关性。三雌激素受体基因多态性与绝经后骨质疏松绝经后骨质疏松是指绝经后妇女由于体内卵巢功能低下，雌激素水平低落，骨偶联过程失衡，破骨细胞的骨吸收大于成骨细胞的骨形成作用所导致的骨量减少，骨脆性增加，进而易于发生骨折的代谢性骨疾病。

Results The long term results of the vascularized fibular graft varied in different types of bone defects. Nine patients with congenital pseudoarthrosis of tibia had the limb function restored in 65％ and one had nonunion of fibular graft, 3 fractures(7 times), and 5 angular deformities. Three patients with congenital radial deficiency had 62％ restoration of the limb function. All of them showed early closure of epiphyses of the grafted fibulae. Five cases with osteomyelitis and bone defects combined soft tissue deficiency had 94％ restoration of the limb function, and only one occurred fracture of fibular graft. One case with soft tissue defect and concomitant ulnar defect, ulnar nerve and median nerve injury, 67％ function of limb was recovered, and union of fibula graft was good. 100％ function of limb was recovered in 1 case with cavernoma of radius and without occurring valgus deformity of donor site.

结果应用带血管腓骨移植修复骨缺损的远期效果因缺损类型的不同而存在较大差异。9例先天性胫骨假关节患者，术后肢体功能恢复65％，其中移植腓骨骨不连1例、骨折3例(7次)、成角畸形5例；3例先天性桡骨缺如患者，术后肢体功能恢复62％，3例术后均出现移植腓骨骨骺线早闭，畸形复发；5例骨髓炎、骨外露、骨缺损并软组织缺损患者，术后肢体功能恢复94％，仅1例发生移植腓骨骨折；1例前臂软组织缺损并尺骨缺损，尺神经、正中神经损伤者，术后肢体功能恢复67％，骨愈合顺利；1例桡骨海绵状血管瘤者，术后肢体功能恢复100％，骨愈合顺利。

本文利用建立的破骨细胞培养和破骨细胞、骨髓基质细胞共培养体系，在体外进一步研究IL-1诱导破骨细胞性骨吸收的机制，旨在探讨细胞因子在骨质疏松症骨丢失发生中的作用。

Results Osseous metastasis was found in 22 cases out of the 107 cases with the positive rate of 20.6%: osseous metastasis occurred in 4 cases with no osteodynia, single metastasis in 9 cases and multi-metastasis in 13 cases; the location of osseous metastasis ranged as follows: 61 metastasis in thoracic cage, 41 in pelvis, 39 in vertebral column, 8 in four limbs and 4 in skull; along with the prolongation of the follow-up, the positive rate of osseous metastasis increased.

结果 107例中发现骨转移22例，阳性率20.6%。其中无骨痛患者发生骨转移4例，单发转移9例，多发转移13例。发现骨转移灶的部位依次为胸廓(61处)、骨盆(41处)、脊柱(39处)、四肢(8处)及头颅(4处)。随乳腺癌术后回访年限的增加，骨转移阳性率增加。

Cases of parosteal osteosarcoma on tibia showed bony tumor, which basilar part accreted surface of bone on X-ray, and vicinity cortical bone hyperplasia and harden, soft tissue mass with focal or cauliflower-like high density tumor bone in it. A lucent zone between the cortex and tumor bone was noticed in 1 case.

发生在胫骨的3例病例中X线表现为基底部附着于骨表面的骨性肿块，邻近骨皮质增生硬化，软组织内可见团状和菜花状不规则高密度瘤骨，其中1例与骨皮质关系密切病例可见到骨皮质与肿瘤骨之间有一透亮带。

All the transfected and un-transfected rMSCs were attached to Allo-DBMs. These new biomaterials were implanted in muscle bags and segmental radius defects of the New Zealand white rabbits, and some controlled material groups were established for comparison. All the biomaterials and the controlled materials were assessed by gross observation, radiographical and histological methods.

结论应用环锯取骨植骨法，有以下3大优点：(1)手术视野大，椎间盘摘除彻底，既可避免摘除椎间盘时损伤重要组织，又易于构建良好的植骨床，有利于植骨融合；(2)取骨方便、安全、损伤小、出血少，既缩短了手术时间，又避免了取骨处并发症的发生，本术式平均手术用时90 min，出血量00 ml；(3)植骨融合率高，术后效果好。
