Methods Fourty-seven cases of Pilon bone fracture were were performed with typing according to Ovadia and Beals standard, and Type Ⅰ was used plaster external fixation; Type Ⅱ was used the calcaneum skeletal traction plus manipulative reduction; Type Ⅲ was used open reduction and internal fixation and Ⅳ,Ⅴ were used limited internal fixation combined with outside clamp stand, meanwhile the patient were introduced to functional exercise and efficacy was evaluated.

对47例Pilon胃折患者按Ovadia和Beals标准分型，Ⅰ型采用石膏外固定；Ⅱ型采用跟骨牵引加手法复位外固定；Ⅲ型采用切开复位内固定；Ⅳ、Ⅴ型均采用有限内固定结合外固定支架的方法，术后功能锻炼，并进行疗效评定。

And it was divided into four groups at randomly (n=6),The vertical compression,bending and torsion intensity in without and with reduction of cortical fragment of plate fixated contra side, without and with reduction of cortical fragment of plate fixated sidewere measured.A11 results were analyzed with statistic method.2、animal experiment :The 12 adult goats were divided into two group at randomly,wedged cortical defect with 1 cm of long and conjugate diameter was created in the middle-part of the medial femur and plate was fixed in the defect side and as the experimental side,the other side was control.after operation 4、8、12 weeks,investigation of the fracture healing by means of gross observation,X-ray examination and histology in both sides.

测试各组的垂直压缩、三点弯曲及抗扭转的刚度。2、动物实验：12只健康成年山羊，雌雄不限，体重在20～25kg之间，在同一只羊双侧股骨中段内侧制造楔形骨皮质缺损，分实验组和对照组两组进行钢板内固定并植骨，于术后4、8、12周对实验组及对照组行X线正位片检查，观察骨折愈合过程中不同时间点的影像学特点。于4、8、12周各组处死4只动物行大体标本观察，并取缺损区骨组织行组织学检查。X线检查及组织学检查结果根据LaneX线评分标准及组织学评分标准进行评分。最后采用SPSS13.0进行统计学分析。

Method］Twentythree patients with calcaneus fracture,who were treated by Osteoset synthetic bone transplants and internel fixation,were followed up by plain XRays and JOA functional questionnaires.

方法］对行切开复位内固定并植入Osteoset人工骨的23例跟骨粉碎性骨折患者的病历资料进行回顾并随访。

All patients with secondary osteoporosis caused by all endocrine diseases including Cushing's disease, hyperthyrosis, hyperparathyroidism, capsula glandulae thyroideae or thyroid hypofunction and diabetes, and patients whose bone metabolism was interfered by grave diseases were excluded. Three months before the trial, the patients did not receive any drug that could interfere the bone metabolism or affect endothelin, such as estrogenic hormone, calcitionin, nitrogen monoxidum, glucocorticoid. In addition, the patients suffering from bone fracture within 1 year or grave cardio-cerebrovascular disease, which had intimate correlation with endothelin, liver and kidney disfunction were eliminated.

所有纳入病例均排除以下患有引起继发性骨质疏松症的各种内分泌疾病者（如柯兴氏病、甲状腺功能亢进、甲状旁腺功能亢进、甲状腺囊肿或机能低下、糖尿病等）；其他严重疾病干扰骨代谢者；测试前3个月内未使用过雌激素、降钙素、一氧化氮、糖皮质激素等干扰骨代谢或对内皮素有影响作用的药品；测试前1年内无骨折；患有严重心脑血管等与内皮素水平相关密切之疾病及肝肾功能异常者。
