［Objective］To identify the standard of radiographic diagnosis and analyse the measurement between tailor's bunion and normal feet.［Methods］The fourth-fifth intermetatarsal angle (IM4～5),modified fourth-fifth intermetatarsal angle (MIM4～5),metatarsophalangeal-fifth angle,lateral deviation of the fifth metatarsal angle,width of fifth metatarsal head,distance of prominence of the fifth metatarsal head were measured by X-ray for 131 feet of normal persons and 117 feet of tailor's bunion. The measured results and other clinical presentations were compared.

［目的］通过对小趾囊炎足与正常足X线的测量及对比分析研究，明确小趾囊炎足X线诊断标准［方法］对131例正常足与117例小趾囊炎足的第4～5跖骨间角(IM4～5)，改良4～5跖骨间角(MIM4～5)，小趾内翻角，第5跖骨外翻角，第5跖骨头宽度及突出距离进行X线测量，结合临床对测量结果进行对比分析研究。

objective to evaluate early signs of avascular necrosis of femoral head in adult by ct and to guide clinical treatment.methods the cases with suspicious diagnose of anfh were scaned in the both hip joints by x ray and ct to find the early signs of anfh with ct.results early signs of anfh using ct showed that, in 38 femoral heads 31 cases, there were radiate star shape of high density osteosclerosis of the trabeculae in 13 femoral head.twenty five femoral heads showed osteosclerosis and trabeculae structure disappearing and vague,incoordinately low ostedensity area and cyst change.there were fracture under the cartilage and light subsid in 5 cases.the cases in stage ⅰwere given decompression, while the pationtsresul in stageⅱand stageⅲ were given decompression and ostetransplant.conclusion ct results show that the sign of the high osteodensity and low osteodensity and cyst change can disply early anfh.

摘 要］目的：探讨成人股骨头缺血性坏死的早期ct征象并指导临床治疗。方法：对临床疑诊anfh的全部病例均行x线平片及ct检查，分析anfh的早期ct征象。结果：早期anfh的ct表现：31例38个股骨头，其中13个股骨头骨小梁呈放射状高密度的"星状征"，骨小梁境界清楚、锐利，属ⅰ期；25个股骨头表现为骨硬化，骨小梁结构消失、模糊不清，骨密度减低及囊性改变，属ⅱ期；并有5个股骨头在ⅱ期影像学改变基础上出现软骨下骨折及轻微塌陷，属ⅲ期。治疗结果：ⅰ期行钻孔髓内减压术，ⅱ、ⅲ期行钻孔减压植骨术。

The blank group, the pure chondrogenic inductor group and the group of the G ranula of P enetrating Bone and Removing Pain mixed with chondrogenic inductor. We adopted pro-culture solution, pure chondrogenic induced culture solution （ TGF-β310ug/L , Dex10-7mol/L , VitC50mg/L ） and the chondrogenic induced culture solution which included the serum of the G ranula. All groups were cultivated in 50ml cell culture bottles. The effects of the G ranula of P enetrating Bone and Removing Pain on chondrogenic phenotype differentiation of BMSCs were investigated after being cultivated for 1, 2, 3 weeks, then cells observed by inverted phase contrast microscope and immunocytochemical stain.

3将第2代SD大鼠BMSCs分为空白对照组、单纯软骨诱导剂组及透骨消痛颗粒含药血清加软骨诱导剂组，采用原培养液、软骨诱导培养液（TGF-β310ug/L，Dex10-7mol/L，VitC50mg/L）及透骨消痛颗粒含药血清的软骨诱导培养液，50ml细胞培养瓶内进行培养，1、2、3周后通过倒置相差显微镜及免疫细胞化学染色等实验技术，研究透骨消痛颗粒对BMSCs诱导成软骨细胞的影响。

目的对鸡骨草种植基地土壤、灌溉水污染现状进行评价，旨在为鸡骨草规范化种植基地建设提供科学依据。方法土壤及灌溉水污染现状运用单项污染指数法和内梅罗综合污染指数法进行评价。结果种植基地土壤和灌溉水污染等级均属于&清洁&一级。结论鸡骨草种植基地的土壤和灌溉水质量完全符合《中药材生产质量管理规范》的相关要求。

方法对 18例面骨多处骨折或多发、陈旧性骨折的病人采用冠状切口加口内切口、面部小切口加口内切口相结合的术式及正颌外科、微小夹板固定技术，进行再骨折复位或截骨复位、固定。

RESULTS: The relative levels of COX2 mRNA as well as the contents of PGE2 and cAMP were elevated after fracture, and were significantly higher in study group than those in control group at 3 and 4 weeks postoperatively. Histological observation revealed that the mineralization of cartilage matrix, the endochondral bone formation and the callus remodelling took place earlier in study group.

结果：环氧化酶2(COX2) mRNA的表达量以及PGE2和cAMP的含量均较骨折前显著上升，且实验组在术后3~4 wk时以上指标明显高于对照组，组织学结果则显示实验组骨折间隙内软骨内成骨和编织骨向板层骨的改建均领先于对照组。

AbstractObjectives1 Correlate bone mineral densityto vertebral compressive strengths.2 Consummate the technique for percutaneous polymethylmethacrylate vertebroplasty and observe the pattern of PMMA imaging distribution.3 Determine the strength and stiffness of osteoporotic with or without vertebroplasty with PMMA bone cement.4 Correlation of BMD,insertion torque and pull-out strengths of pedicle screws.5 Ascertain whether augmentation with PMMA bone cement can enhance pedicle screw fixation in the osteoporotic spine.6 Ascertain whether augmentation pedicle screw fixation with PMMA bone cement can enhance the stability of unstable thoracolurner burst fractures of osteoporotic spine.

目 的1、测试椎体压缩强度，分析强度与骨矿物质密度（bone mineral density，BMD）的相关关系。2、观察经皮椎体成形术后聚甲基丙烯酸甲脂（polymethylme- thacrylate，PMMA）骨水泥在椎体内的形态学分布及影像学表现。3、比较PMMA骨水泥骨质疏松椎体成形术前/后椎体最大抗压力和压缩刚度的变化。4、分析椎体BMD、螺钉最大旅入力矩和最大拔出力三者之间的关系。5、分析PMMA骨水泥强化骨质疏松椎弓根螺钉后的螺钉的最大轴向拔出力和拔出刚度的变化。6、评价PMMA骨水泥强化骨质疏松椎弓根螺钉脊柱内固定对不稳定型胸腰椎损伤的即刻稳定性和反复载荷后的稳定性。
