Methods 24 cases with calcaneal fracture received the treatment of open reduction of calcaneus and internal fixation with titanium plates.

目的 研究和评估切开复位治疗跟骨骨折及跟骨钛板在跟骨骨折治疗中的作用。方法对24例跟骨骨折患者行切开复位跟骨钛板内固定。

At early stage after brain injury, there were a quantity of fibrous callus and cartilaginous callus formation in brain injury and fracture group and many neuropeptides immunoreactive nerve fibers in callus were found. Strong immunoreactivites of CGRP, SP, VIP, NPY, TOH occurred to osteogenitor cells and chondroblast, which proliferated in thickened endothecium.

脑损伤合并骨折组早期形成大量纤维骨痂和软骨骨痂，骨痂中神经肽免疫阳性神经纤维较多，明显增厚的骨膜内层骨祖细胞、幼稚的软骨细胞胞质内降钙素基因相关肽、P物质、血管活性肠肽、酪氨酸羟化酶、神经肽Y强阳性表达。

The results revealed that there was osteoporosis appeared at 6 weeks in rigid fixating segment.Bone lossing happened at Haver's system, bone absorption revealed after 10weeks on endosteal surface and enlargement of bone marrow. Osteoporosis and thinning of the cortex on fixating segment,especially under steel plate happened due to negative balance of remodeling process of the two surface of the bone.

结果发现：坚硬接骨板内固定后六周时固定段骨即出现骨质疏松，发生在哈佛氏系统的骨丢失，10周后骨内膜表面出现骨吸收、骨髓腔增大，两个表面的骨重建单位的负平衡使固定段皮质骨疏松变薄，特别是在钢板下。

主要观察指标：观察CT片，测出骨水泥截面周围与骨小梁结合紧密者与非结合者的个数，计算结合率。用放大器材观察骨髓腔内表面及骨水泥内柱表面情况。

Methods: From June 2002 to June 2007, 202 patients (298 feet) with congenital talipes equinovarus admitted in our hospital, and the operations such as the Achilles tendon lengthening+solution of soft tissue, the solution of metatarsus fascia, the Achilles tendon lengthening+cuboid bone osteoectomy or tibialis anterior tendon transfer, the Achilles tendon lengthening+talus excision, the Achilles tendon lengthening+fusion of trijoints+talus excision etc, were adoptted.

回顾性分析202例（298足）先天性马蹄内翻足患者的临床资料，根据患者的年龄、内翻足畸形和僵硬程度的不同分别采用跟腱延长+软组织松解、跖筋膜松解、跟腱延长+骰骨截骨或胫前肌外移、跟腱延长+距骨切除、跟腱延长+三关节融合+距骨切除等手术方式进行治疗。

METHODS: From April 1996 to March 2001, 9 talar neck fractures were treated by internal fixation of absorbable lag screw with a medial approach and cut of medial malleolus to expose the fractures.

Allogeneic and syngeneic fresh bone, autolyzed antigen-extracted bone, bone matrix gelatin, demineralized bone matrix were implanted into the muscle pouch of mice, at different times after implantation, the immunological, histological and alkaline phosphatase assay were conducted. The results revealed that all four kinds of allogeneic implants activated specific cellular and humoral immune responses, most notably in fresh bone group, the AAA, BMG and DBM inhibited the proliferation of the lymphocytes in vitro and BMG had the most powerful inhibiting action, allogeneic AAA, BMG and DBM might induce heterotopic osteogenesis in vivo, however, there were obvious difference in ALP and histomorphometry between allografts and isografts.

在小鼠肌肉内植入同种异体或同系新鲜骨、自消化抗原去除骨、骨基质明胶、脱钙骨基质，术后免疫学、碱性磷酸酶、组织学检查发现：4种同种异体植入物均可引发特异性细胞免疫反应和体液免疫反应，其中以新鲜骨移植引发的免疫反应最为显著；自消化抗原去除骨、骨基质明胶、脱钙骨基质在体外具有抑制淋巴细胞增殖的作用，骨基质明胶对淋巴细胞增殖的抑制作用最显著；同种异体与同系4种植入物在体内成骨活性有显著差异；自消化抗原去除骨、骨基质明胶、脱钙骨基质均有异位诱导成骨活性，其中骨基质明胶骨诱导活性最佳。

CT检查显示软组织肿胀0度2例，I度19例，11度16例，111度17例。6例软组织内出现脓肿样囊腔。1例显示软组织内气体。1例显示脂液平面。1例显示窦道。5例显示软组织肿块。8例示软组织内难以定性的钙质样高密度影。54例CT检查均未见软组织肿块边缘残留骨壳或壳样钙化和软组织肿块内肿瘤骨或瘤软骨钙化。
