The first design example is to generate program code for image processing controller to control picture file output and the second design example is a GPS satellite C/A code generator to generate the C/A code of GPS satellites. C/A code can be used to recognize GPS satellite number in GPS system.

最后我们使用两个例子来验证本工具，一个为影像处理控制器，其功能为控制图档输出功能，另一个为GPS卫星C/A码产生器，其功能在於能够产生太空中GPS卫星所使用的C/A码信号，C/A码在GPS系统中被用来识别GPS卫星编号。

Firstly, the research studies the coding rule of the PDF417 barcode and designs related computer code algorithm, with making it programmed, and completes the coding part of the system software. Next, the coding and decoding principle of Reed-Solomon error-correcting code is briefly introduced. According to thecoding and decoding principle in galois field GF(929), to analyze and study its practical application with emphasis in this topic. Then, the PDF417 barcode decoding process is analyzed and studied detailed according to the barcode coding principle, with the corresponding realization method designed, improving the design in theory aspect by using material example, at the same time programming the design method to complete the decoding part of the system. Finally, validated the system program in the practical application of image information aspect, by using the nonrepeatability and the randomicity characteristic of Julia mark shape artwork.

本课题首先研究PDF417条码的编码规则并设计相关的计算机编码算法使其程序化，完成系统软件的编码部分；其次，简要介绍Reed—Solomon错误控制码的编码与译码原理，在伽罗瓦域GF(929)内根据其编译码的原理重点分析与研究其在本课题中的实际应用；然后根据条码的编码原则对PDF417条码的译码过程进行详细的分析与研究，并设计出相应的实现方法，利用具体实例对设计方法进行理论方面的实践同时将设计方法程序化完成系统软件的译码部分；最后利用Julia集分形图形的不可重复性和随机性的特点对系统软件在图像信息方面的实际应用进行了验证。

The main objective of this project is to research and develop a novel and high efficient video codec framework based on wavelet techniques, especially to address the heterogeneousness of video networks, the fluctuation of transmission bandwidth and the diversity of video-stream receivers. The system will have some basic characteristics of the next video coding standard, such as high compression efficiency, high scalability and high error resiliency. This project will provide a software prototype of wavelet video codec with full scalability, construct a verification platform for wavelet video on demand service, and furthermore, design some VLSI IP cores of the key module in the codec system

The speciality to let several coefficients of S-M algorithm are analyzed;(2) We first propose the nonlinear and adaptive prediction model based on several closest neighbors and extend the method to multistep prediction;(3) We first exploit Empirical Mode Decomposition technology to predict hopping frequency codes, it is namely that a complex time series is decomposed as several Intrinsic Mode Functions easy to prediction, then predict these IMF respectively, at last reconstruct estimated values of the time series;(4) We exploit the above prediction model validate effect while there are omitted data in observed time series and propose the corresponding resolve.
