验证理论

The plastic deformation mechanism of the process is explained. The vector equations of the curved conical surface and the figure of the particle motion for the forming process of the bending tube are presented. The theoretical model of stress and strain fields of the forming process is deduced. The practical forming process of tubes of large diameter demonstrates the validity of the new type of design method of the ox-horned core bar and the computation formula of the length of the raw tube.

本文通过研究弯管成形瞬时应力、应变状态及演化过程，阐明了弯管成形过程受力变形特点及力学原理；提出了一种适合弯管变形分析的新单元及数值方法；建立了弯管成形过程应力、应变场&标准图象&；通过研究弯管成形过程金属流动规律及力学条件，阐明了本工艺塑性变形机理；建立了描述弯管成形过程的曲锥面向量方程及其质点运动学图象；推导了弯管成形过程应力、应变场理论模型；结合大口径弯管生产过程，验证了本文给出的新型牛角芯棒设计方法和管坯长度计算公式的正确性。

从传热传质理论出发研究喂线球化处理过程中芯线钢带在铁水中的溶解过程，充分考虑了铁水温度、含碳量和镁合金芯剂状态对钢带溶解的影响，给出相应的数学模型，采用数值计算的方法确定了芯线的喂线速度，并用生产中实际应用的喂线速度进行了验证，结果表明，计算结果与实际喂线速度基本吻合。

To suppress the noise which caused by the fuzzy character of XLPE sample, the size of the photodetector was determined based on the analysis of the light intensity distribution in the spatial frequency plane when the laser beam passing through the sample was collected by lens. A series of detectors were designed to eliminate the time response decreasing effect caused by the increasing of the detector size. The developed laser system could resolve defects of 40 um diameter in XLPE tape with the 120um diameter and 400Hz scanning laser beam. after above results was used.

为了消除由于XLPE材料光弥散效应引起的信号噪声对信号幅度测量的影响和提高测试速度，研制了阵列组合式光电探测器，理论分析和实验验证都证明了该探测器有较好的频响特性和较低的噪声水平，应用这两项成果组成的信号系统及微机数据采集电路可在400Hz扫描频率下，扫描宽度所限制的120μm光束直径下获得40μm的测量分辨率。

Our result shows that the best double couple solution of this Mw5.2 event is 315°,64°and 19°for strike,dip and slip angles respectively,the second nodal plane solution is 214°,74°, and 152°.The focal depth is 25±2km,suggesting that this quake occurred in the lower crust which is much deeper than most continental earthquakes.This lower crust earthquake requires that the rock should be colder than expected.We proposed generation mechanism of this deep earthquake and its implications in rock strength and thermal state.

我们以此速度结构作为模型，利用中国国家地震台网5个台站的宽频带地震数据，采用CAP方法反演2003年8月16日赤峰地震震源机制解并初步确定震源深度：再利用IRIS 9个台站远震体波数据，通过对比高频(0.7～2.0Hz)理论地震图和观测记录的方法进一步精确确定震源深度并验证反演得到的机制解，得出此次地震矩震级为5.2，震源机制解为：节面I：315°/64°/19°，节面Ⅱ：216°/74°/152°，震源深度为25±2km，已深达下地壳。

With this velocity model and broadband records from 5 CDSN stations, we inverted focal mechanisms of Chifeng earthquake on August 16th, 2003 with the "Cut and Paste" method. Then we confirmed focal depth and the source mechanisms by comparing synthetic body waves at teleseismic distance with broadband records of 9 IRIS stations. Our result shows that the best double couple solution of this M w5.2 event is 315°, 64° and 19°for strike, dip and slip angles respectively, the second nodal plane solution is 216°,74°, and 152°. The focal depth is 25±2 km, suggesting that this quake occurred in the lower crust which is much deeper than most continental earthquakes.

我们以此速度结构作为模型，利用中国国家地震台网5个台站的宽频带地震数据，采用CAP方法反演2003年8月16日赤峰地震震源机制解并初步确定震源深度；再利用IRIS 9个台站远震体波数据，通过对比理论计算和观测记录的方法进一步精确确定震源深度并验证反演得到的机制解，得出此次地震矩震级为5.2，震源机制解为：节面I：315°/64°/19°，节面II：216°/74°/152°，震源深度为25±2 km，已深达下地壳。

开发了基于大型有限元分析软件Ansys的燃气涡轮发动机辅助设计系统，该系统将CAD参数建模技术、工程有限元数值计算方法、经典强度计算理论与现代优化设计技术相结合，实现了涡轮盘、机匣和涡轮轴典型零件的参数优化设计的完整设计流程，建立了结构优化设计平台；并通过机匣的结构优化设计实例，验证了燃气涡轮发动机辅助设计系统的有效性。

A 12-channal-synchro laser 3D chromatic prototype system of the human body and the resultant software system are developed and digital experiment system of dummy and human head model and human body are completed. The experiment results show the validity of the theory and algorithm presented and the purpose is fulfilled as expected.

The major work is as follows: I make the comparing test to check up the two acoustic emission theory's fundamental hypothesis and get that merit and limit of two method, which is help to find the best applying area for two acoustic emission method.
