METHODSThe auricle inflammation models were made with xylene and croton oil to investigate the effects of Purslane extracton auricel swelling in mice.The acetic acid twisting body test and the hotplate test were used for the study of analgesic effects of the ethyl acetate extract in mice.

方法］采用二甲苯及巴豆油致小鼠耳廓炎症的方法，观察马齿苋提取物对小鼠耳廓肿胀度的影响；采用扭体法和热板法，观察对小鼠镇痛作用的影响。

Result In peanut seedling stage, spraying 900 ml/hm^2 quizalofop-P-ethyl EC on the grass weeds such as Barnyard grass, Green bristlegrass and Goosegrass had 100% control effect, but it had a poor control effect on some broad-leaved weeds. While, spraying 600 and 720 ml/hm^2 quizalofop-p-ethyllactuofen EC had remarkable effects not only on the grass weeds such as B. grass but also on the broad-leaved weeds such as Purslane, Cirsium setosum and Dayflower, with the control effect of more than 80%. Both of the 2 herbicides would not produce some slight contact drug spots on the part of peanut leaves and the drug spots on the leaves could be recovered in 1 to 2 weeks, which couldn't affect the growth and yield of the peanut in middle and late stage. So the 2 herbicides had good selectivity.

结果］在花生苗期喷施900 ml/hm^2精喹禾灵乳油对稗草、狗尾草、牛筋草等禾本科杂草具有100%的防效，但对一些阔叶杂草防效较差，而喷施600和720 ml/hm^2精喹乳氟禾乳油则除了对稗草等禾本科杂草有特效外，还对马齿苋、刺儿菜、鸭跖草等阔叶杂草具有显著的防效，均达80%以上。2种除草剂均对花生叶片局部产生一些轻度的接触性药斑，药斑在12周内可恢复，不影响花生的中后期生长及产量，具有很强的选择性。

The venom paste is made by purslane, scarlet sage, tobacco, alpine yarrow herb, nettle, fomes officinalis ames, red orpiment, pine seeds and larkspur root which are mixed by ratio, grinded into fine powder, filtered and are stirred into pasty by seed fat or vinegar to spare.

本发明涉及一种外用药蛇毒贴，是由马齿苋、一串红、烟草、一枝蒿、荨麻、阿里红、雄黄、松树籽、飞燕草根制成，采用将各组分药物按比例混合、研磨成细粉，过筛，用植物油或醋调成糊状备用即可。

马齿苋俗名长寿菜，是一种比较常见的草本植物，不少市民喜欢把马齿苋端上餐桌当作佳肴。

Using synchro drosophila as material, pouring purslane liquid or hydroxyketone of different density into substrate,after culturing,anti-decrepit effect can be observed.

用同步果蝇为材料，在培养基中添加不同浓度的马齿苋水提液或醇水提液，观察到了马齿苋的抗衰老效应，并且可以影响果蝇幼虫期的长短及果蝇的繁殖力。

The results showed that extracts from 8 plant species were more inhibitory to S.fuliginea than the others,with EC50 lower than 0.5%.Among the 8 extracts,the preventive effects of 6 plant extracts except Artemisia capillaries and Portulaca oleracea were higher than their curative effects.The preventive effects of 1.25%extract from the 8 plants were higher than that(74.42%) of 100 μg/mL triadimefon.1.25% extract from Cortex phellodendri,P.cablin,Portulaca oleracea,Fructus cnidii and Kadsura japonic exhibited the curative effect of as high as 82% to S.fuliginea,higher than that(78.89%) of 100 μg/mL triadimefon.

其中水蓼、川黄柏、连翘等8种植物提取物对黄瓜白粉病菌具有较好抑制作用，EC50值均小于0.5%，除茵陈和马齿苋外，其他6种植物提取物对黄瓜白粉病的保护效果均高于治疗效果。8种植物提取物在1.25%浓度下对黄瓜白粉病的保护效果均高于化学药剂三唑酮100μg/mL(74.42%)；1.25%的川黄柏、广藿香、马齿苋、蛇床子、南五味子提取物对黄瓜白粉病的治疗效果达到82%以上，高于三唑酮100μg/mL(78.89%)，说明在黄瓜白粉病发生之前或初期使用这8种植物提取物能够达到较好的防治效果。

为明确光照强度对马齿苋生长发育、品质及光合特性的影响，采用人工遮光的方法，于马齿苋苗期进行遮荫，透光率分别为100%，(50±5)%和(25±5)%。

Therefore purslanes needed normal light intensity during vegetative growth phase,the normal light intensity was propitious to its growth and development.

因此，马齿苋在营养生长期需要强光照，正常光照强度有利于马齿苋生长。
