香叶烯

The relationship between glycosidic precursors and its aroma components was studied. The results showed: The dominant aroma constituents in aroma oil of jasmine tea include benzyl acetate, linalool, methyl antyranilate, cis-3-hexenyl benzoate, benzyl alcohol, indole, farnisene, methyl benzoate, methyl salicylate, geraniol, cis-3-hexenyl-acetate etc.; and the higher the concentration of these components is, the higher the quality of jasmine tea is.

结果表明：茉莉花茶香精油中，含量较高的有乙酸苄酯、芳樟醇、邻氨基苯甲酸甲酯、苯甲酸顺-3-己烯酯、苯甲醇、吲哚、法尼烯、苯甲酸甲酯、顺-3-己烯酯、水杨酸甲酯、橙花叔醇、乙酸顺-3-己烯酯、香叶醇；这些成分的含量随花茶品质的提高而增多；研究表明，花茶的高含量香气成分也是茉莉花中的主要赋香成分。

Among them,--α-Pinene、--β-Pinene、--3-Carene are the three main compounds which account for above 96% of monoterpines, and a small amount of other monoterpines,-limonene, myrcene, camphene, phellandrene.

而对于经常构成蠹类害虫树体引诱剂组分的萜烯类成分在其中占居较高的比重，主要为3种成分--3-蒈烯，--α-蒎烯和--β-蒎烯，占萜烯类总量96％以上。另外还含有少量的柠檬烯、香叶烯、莰烯和萜品油烯等成份。

The result showed that there was significant botanical character difference among the three varieties of rosemary; the content of essential oil of Rosmarinus officinalis L is higher than that of Rosmarinus officinalis 'Rex' and Rosmarinus officinalis 'Wood' with 0.80, 0.46 and 0.40 mL(100g)^(-1)FW respectively;α-pinene、1,8-cineole、verbenone、geraniol and borneol were the main compositions of essential oil from Rosmarinus officinalis L, with 27.26%, 20.92%, 11.75%, 5.92% and 5.07% respectively; the major components of essential oil of Rosmarinus officinalis 'Rex' were 1,8-cineole、camphor、borneol、α-pinene and camphene, accounting for 31.07%, 21.66%, 11.98%, 5.36% and 5.34% respectively; in Rosmarinus officinalis 'Wood', camphor、1,8-cineole、bornyl acetate、borneol、α-pineneand camphene were the major compositions with 24.69%, 23.96%, 6.76%, 5.94%, 5.80% and 5.28% respectively.

结果表明：三种迷迭香的植物学性状，如外形、花色等差异显著；迷迭香的精油含有率较高，为0.80mL(100g)^(-1)FW，Rex迷迭香和Wood迷迭香的精油含有率低，分别为0.46和0.40mL(100g)^(-1)FW；迷迭香的主要成分为α-蒎烯27.26%、1，8-桉叶素20.92%、马鞭烯酮11.75%、香叶醇5.92%、龙脑5.07%等，Rex迷迭香精油中1，8-桉叶素31.07%、樟脑21.66%和龙脑11.98%、α-蒎烯5.36%、莰烯5.34%是其主要成分，Wood迷迭香精油的主要成分为樟脑24.69%、1，8-桉叶素23.96%、醋酸龙脑酯6.76%、龙脑5.94%、α-蒎烯5.80%和莰烯5.28%等。

The results showed that the first canonical correlation coefficient between aldehydes, ketones, esters and the total quantity of each kind of ingredient and smoking quality achieved 5 % or 1 % remarkable level. And their correlation depended mainly in the correlation between phenylacetaldehyde, furfural, megastigmatrienone-1, megastigmatrienone-3, geranylacetone,β-damascenone, keto-isophorone, dihydroactinidiolide and smoking quality.

结果表明：醛类成分、酮类成分、酯类成分与香气质、香气量的第一典型相关系数达到5%或1%显著水平，各类成分总量与香气质、香气量的第一典型相关系数达到1%极显著水平，其相关关系主要表现在苯乙醛、糠醛、巨豆三烯酮1、巨豆三烯酮3、香叶基丙酮、β-大马酮、氧化异佛尔酮、二氢猕猴桃内酯等成分与香气质、香气量的相关上。

保加利亚玫瑰油的主要成分为β-香茅醇、反式－香叶醇、橙花醇、芳樟醇、β-苯乙醇、甲基丁子香酚；新疆玫瑰油的主要成分为β-香茅醇、反式-香叶醇、β-苯乙醇、7-辛烯酸乙酯、乙酸香叶酯、金合欢醇。

Results: the yield rate of the collected volatile oil of artemisia indica and artemisia feddei was 0.32%, 0.29%, respectively. the main constituents of them were as follows: eucalyptol, camphor, borneol, terpineol, cubebene, caryophyllene, caryophyllene oxide, germacrene d, etc, which was similar to the constituents of volatile oil from artemisia argyi. but the contents of volatile oil were different in different medicinal materials. longiverbenone with high content in artemisia feddei was can not be detected in artemisia indica and artemisia argyi.

结果：广西产五月艾与细叶艾挥发油的得率分别为0.32%、0.29%；五月艾、细叶艾和艾叶挥发油中均含有桉油精、樟脑、龙脑、松油醇、荜澄茄油烯、石竹烯及其氧化物、大根香叶烯d等药效成分，但各成分在不同药材中的含量存在一定差别；此外，细叶艾挥发油中含量较高的长叶马鞭烯酮在五月艾和艾叶挥发油中均未检出。

The results show that: 27 compounds were identified at 600℃, and most of them were alkenes, alkanes, acids, alcohols and phenolic substances; geraniol was identified, and its relative content was 3.6, which shows that geranyl 8-methoxycoumarin-3-carboxylic acid ester can release a certain amount of geraniol at smoke temperature; geranyl 8-methoxycoumarin-3-carboxylic acid ester can improve and modify the flavor, enhance the notes of sweet aroma and bean aroma, and reduce the biting taste of cigarette smoke.

结果表明，600℃时，8-甲氧基－香豆素－3-甲酸香叶酯的热解产物中共鉴定出27种成分，主要为烯类、烷类、酸类、醇类、酚类；鉴定出香叶醇，且相对峰面积3.6，说明8-甲氧基－香豆素－3-甲酸香叶酯能在卷烟燃吸温度下释放出一定量的香叶醇；8-甲氧基－香豆素－3-甲酸香叶酯具有改善和修饰卷烟香气，增加甜韵和豆香香韵，减轻刺激性的作用。

The main chemical constituents of the essential oil of peppermint are identical,which is 1-menthone,1-menthol, menthlacetate, menthofuan,α-pinene,β-pinene, limonene, 1, 8-cineole, 3-octanol, isomenthone, pulegone, neomenthol, caryophyllene, sabinenehydrate, germacrene-D, piperitol, viridiflorol,isomenthone, and others;but their contents are different,hence the aroma quality among the essential oil is greatly different.

它们的主要组成成分相同，均为薄荷酮、薄荷呋喃、乙酸薄荷酯、薄荷醇、α-蒎烯、β-蒎烯、苧烯、1、8-桉叶油素、3-辛醇、水烩烯、异薄荷酮、新薄荷醇、石竹烯、胡薄荷酮、大根香叶烯、胡椒醇、绿花醇等，但其含量有较大的差别，从而使精油香气品质产生了很大的差异。

Results:The experiments showed that 59 components were identified,accounting for 72.91 percent of the total essential oil.The essential oil was mainly composed of dehydrocostuslactone、costunolide、cedrenol、α-elemene、1,3-cyclooctadiene、eudesmol、α-selinene、β-caryophyllene、-longifolene、3,4-octadiene,7-methyl-etc.Among them Lactones like Dehydrocostuslactone and costunolide are essential components.

结果：GC-MS法分析鉴定了木香挥发油中59个成分，其主要成分为去氢木香内酯、木香烃内酯、雪松烯醇、α-榄香烯、环辛二烯、桉叶醇、α-芹子烯、丁子香烯、长松叶烯、7-甲基-3，4辛二烯等，占挥发油总量的72.91%；首次发现木香挥发油及去氢木香内酯、木香烃内酯具有抑制ADP诱导的血小板聚集活性。
