In order to explore the relationship between the Artemisia frigida Wild. and the intake mass, this reaserch took sheep as reaserch object, using mixture of pasture containing A. frigida in different scales to feed sheep, to analyse the intake mass of the sheep, intake behavior and diet selection strategy, combined with Thermal-desorption Cold Trap/Gas Chromatography/Mass Spectrum to analyse the VOCs from the overground part of A. frigida in July and to identify the compoments; and its major components cineole,α-terpinol ,α-pinene andβ-pinene were added to the sheep feed, to analyse the effects of different monomers of VOCs from A.

为了探讨冷蒿与家畜采食量的关系，本实验以绵羊为研究对象，用含有不同比例冷蒿的混合牧草饲喂绵羊，分析了绵羊的采食量、采食行为及食性选择策略，结合热脱附―气相色谱―质谱联用技术对冷蒿地上部分7月份释放气体进行了组分分析和鉴定；并将其主要成分桉树脑、α-萜品醇、α-蒎烯和β-蒎烯添加到绵羊的饲料里，进一步分析了不同冷蒿挥发物单体对绵羊采食量、采食行为及食性选择策略的影响。

The research results showed that:①Ensilage the native grass when its moisture content was from 65%～70%, density was in the range of 350 ~ 400 kg/m3, the silage grass not only has better sensory quality, better fermentation, higher silage success ratio and better stability, but also can preserve the nutritional ingredients effectively and make the silage grass has higher feeding value.

研究结果表明：①天然牧草在含水量在65%～70%、密度在350～400kg/m3范围内青贮，青贮料的感官品质、发酵品质较好，贮成率显著高于其它处理条件，并且可有效地保存青贮料中的营养成份，牧草青贮料的稳定性也较好，综合评定饲用价值较高。

Nine wethers selected from a group at 2-years-old of age were fed with fresh mixtures of Leymus chinensis (30%), Cleistogenes squarrosa (20%) and Artemisia frigida (50%) in known proportions and amounts for 14 days. Artificial QSM capsules were dosed during the experiment. The samples of herbage and feces were collected daily for 7 days and dried for analysing the n-alkane concentration by a gas chromatography. The results showed that there was a difference in concentration of n-alkanes among 3 species forages, and fecal recoveries of n-alkanes linear increased with increasing carbon chain lengths.
