On creating model of cultured hippocampal neurons injured by amyloid, we studied the mechanisms of close interrelation between amyloid and Alzheimer"s disease at cell and molecular level with advanced test methods. For example, the technique of optical lens and electron microscope , immunohistochemical method,biochemistry.molecular biology and HPLC, so as to deeply probe into the mechanisms that Decotion of Rehamanniae prelects and treats Alzheimer"s disease.

本课题通过建立β淀粉蛋白损伤离体培养的海马神经元模型，运用光、电镜技术及免疫组化、生物化学、高效液相及分子生物学等先进的检测手段和方法，从细胞及分子水平进一步探索了Aβ与老年性痴呆发生、发展密切相关的综合机制，从而全面深入地探讨了地黄饮子防治AD的作用机理。

The inflammatory reaction of hippocampus neurons were observed by electron lens using immunohistochemistry method.Results DR could shorten the escape latency and increase the number of passing plats and the swimming distance of the fourth quad compared with the other quads.

结果治疗组能缩短潜伏期、增加过台次数，第四象限与其它象限游泳距离之间比较也有差异，说明地黄饮子能改善痴呆大鼠空间探索记忆能力，低剂量组已经显效，高剂量组效果更为明显。

So it is a effective prescription of protecting and treating AD.In our experiments, the model ras were administered D-gal intraperitioneal injection and β-Amyloid protein fragment_(1-40) into hippocampus. Mean well we used the technique of optical lens、 electron microscope、 immunohistochemical method, biochemistry and molecular biology.We studied the mechanisms that DR pretect and treat AD from the aspects of apoptosis、 inflammation injury、 oxidative injury 、 cholinergic neuron injury and the behavior experiments at cellar and molecular level.

本实验复制了D-gal腹腔注射合并Aβ_(1-40)海马定向注射AD动物模型，运用光、电镜技术及免疫组化、生物化学及分子生物学等先进检测方法，从行为学及细胞、分子水平探索地黄饮子对过氧化损伤、胆碱能损害、炎症损伤、细胞凋亡等相关调控因素影响的作用机制。

MethodsAD model rats induced by D-galactose intraperitoneal injection and the hippocampus injected β-amyloid were made. Every group was fed with Hup A, Kangnaoshuai and DR.

方法模型组以D 半乳糖腹腔注射合并Aβ注射海马制备AD动物模型，各治疗组分别在造模的同时灌胃地黄饮子和抗脑衰胶囊、哈伯因。

Methods 20dogs of myocardial ischemia randomly were divided into the control group,isosorbide mononitrate group and the Di Huang Yin Zi group.

20只心肌缺血模型犬随机分为空白对照组、单硝酸异山梨酯对照组、模型组及地黄饮子组。

Results In the Di Huang Yin Zi group,the levels of CRP,MDA were lower than the control group,the level of SOD was higher than the isosorbide mononitrate group.

结果 地黄饮子治疗后，犬心肌缺血模型血清SOD明显升高，CRP、MDA明显下降，与单硝酸异山梨酯组差异有显著性（P.05）。
