餐馆老板

As part of our series of interviews with "foodies" from the community, our first session in Shanghai was held at T8 Restaurant, kindly hosted by its owner, native Swiss, Mr.Walter Zahner.

作为&Best Food in China 美食中国美食名家&系列专访的一部分，我们上海的首个专访安排在上海T8餐馆。T8的老板瑞士人Walter Zahner，热情地接待了我们。

This is the owner of a restaurant which has more than 200 yeas history in dashilan.

这是另一个餐馆的老板，他的店在大栅栏，有着200年以上的历史。
