Results: NKA-I cells was first found in the duodenum mucose on the 14th day of fetus, earlier than in the jejunum ( 16th day ) and ileum ( 17th day ), and its Positive reaction and the number of cells increased with further development, after birth the 30th day, it became quite identical to that of adult rat; NKA-I cells were seen in the colon mucosa on the 17th day of fetus, later on the number kept decreasing till grown up stage; No change was observed in the stomach mucosa except that few cells showed up on the 15th day of fetus; No positive cell was found on the oesphagus wall.

结果： NKA-I细胞首先见于胚胎14 d的十二指肠粘膜，早于空肠(胚胎16 d)和回肠(胚胎17 d)，其阳性反应强度及细胞量随发育而增加，30 d时与成年鼠相似；结肠粘膜内于胚胎17 d见细胞，但此后数量较少直至成年；胃粘膜于胚胎15 d见个别细胞外，以后无明显变化；食道壁始终未见阳性细胞。

Results All of the 8 cases were abnormal in ultrasonography. There were more than 2 parts of anomalies in 7 cases (7/8), heart anomalies in 5 cases (5/8), holoprosencephaly in 2 cases (2/8), single umbilical artery in 2 cases (2/8), Dandy-walker syndrome in 1 case (1/8), and other anomalies such as cleft lip and cleft palate, diaphragmatic hernia, omphalocele, esophageal atresia, malformation of radius, club hand, club foot. Four cases were polyhydrmnios and 3 cases were IUGR.

结果 8例18三体综合征胎儿声像图均表现为胎儿结构异常，7例(7/8)超声表现为两个部位以上畸形，5例(5/8)合并心脏畸形，2例(2/8)为全前脑，2例(2/8)为单脐动脉，1例(1/8)为Dandy-walker综合征，其他畸形还有唇腭裂、膈疝、脐膨出、食道闭锁、桡骨发育不良、手畸形、马蹄内翻足、小下颌。4例(4/8)合并羊水过多，3例(3/8)宫内发育迟缓。

The same procedure was carried out 14 days later. Results The temperature of inferior segment of esophagus was significantly increased at 60min. The temperature of physic liquor was significant higher than that of perfusion. The temperature of perfusion was becoming significantly increased at 5min (P.05). The WBC, PLT, ALT, AST, Cr and CO2CP of preoperative and postoperative had no significant changes. Only lightly peritoneum dropsy and infiltrate slight phlegmasia were observed postoperatively and 14 days later. There were no significant differences among groups.

结果 在60min时食道下段温度显著升高，灌注温度明显高于抽取温度，抽取温度5min时开始升高(P.05)；各组术前和术后WBC、PLT、ALT、AST、Cr和CO2CP无明显变化，组间比较也无明显差异；术后和术后2wk腹膜均见轻度水肿、少量的炎细胞浸润；吻合口见黏膜层有小溃疡形成，表面有渗出，组间无明显差异。
